    Whelp, if you want this, my main idea is there being not just GAME settings, but save settings. There should be an option in a save's settings to turn the RSS on and off. But, if you , perchance, have a colony on jool, it would be deleted when you do RSS. That's a major flaw in my opinion. So yes, it should be a mod.
