Plan Kappa is a plan to create many independent bases around the Kerbol system. Many other things are happening, including SPACE MADNESS, romances, and space pirates. Dicey station is a space station built in Munar orbit, built to collect info on the universe. Stelrine is currently on it, and she no longer recognizes the authority of the Kappa-space program. She and the other scientists were making a Gravoli Generator, to neutralize negative gravolis by making positive gravolis. However, Dicey station began to produce Negative gravolis, and stopped responding to calls! Jeb was sent on a mission to force them to disable the gravoli generator. They refused to do so, so Jeb rammed the gravoli generator with his ship, leaving Steve, who was not in on the secret mission, but was on Jeb's ship, stranded nearby. Now Kerbfleet-Bill is there too. Whew. That's it. Tell me if I messed up something.

I think selecting "do not send me any notifications" will give actually send you a notification, because you have notifications enabled for followed content. Here's how I'm imagining the forum handles it: There's a new post in a followed thread and there are no notifications set for that following, don't send a notification. Then, in another part of the forum code: There's a new post in the list of followed content, send a notification for that. I think it disallows that option on the thread follow dialogue so you don't receive two notifications for the same thing. At least, I think it might work that way. Give it a try and see if it works.

What way did KER go? I'm happily using Kerbal Engineer redux in 1.0.5 with the only problem being that it doesn't work with jet engines.

It probably is just too new to be supported, but if you give me a link to a video hosted there, I could give it a try.
