I strongly suggest Low Pay and bad Management. Any dev who get knowledge of that is quite smart to get out of it as long as possible. If i would code that and seeeeee My Boss is not willing to invest even the tinyest fraction of the millions earned then you know its flogging a dead horse. Leave. This'l lead to nothin. Question: Why should a company who earned (my guess 50.000.000 Dollars) in selling that game but only investing the least anyhow possible of that in future development of it change the way it runs until it runs ? Business is no Playgarden. ´So whip everything possible out of the devs and pile up the Money in Amsterdam (Netherlands) Even cute little Green Aliens can be jerks!

[1.2.2] Historical Progression Tech Tree v2.0 - Updated 02-22-2017

Is there a version for 1.0.5 available ? -
This is a very bad experience on console
Sirad replied to jdub's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (Console)
If i would just pull out such a gigantic money grab, i would have for sure have quite a lot of long term plans. -
I have a feeling that the current situation can be described as following....: There is currently a team of People (dev) whose Job is to drink out all the Water in the Atlantic Ocean. 3 of those left the Team, others joined and the Company changed the color of the straws from Blue to Green. And this is taken as a rational and good sign that the Job gets done soon(tm)

Petition: Remove the Monolith from KSC
Sirad replied to Third_OfFive's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
By the way, is there a fix that removes the Company Logo on the Monolith ? -
Does that Mod work with 1.05 ? Im actually not masochistic enough starting a 1.1.X with all the known orbit decaying and wheels not working features.

Do the invisible mountains on Pol still exist?
Sirad replied to SmashingKirby148's topic in KSP1 Discussion
'They' still exist. Since this Bug exists Years you can admit that this will surely never be fixed. see it as a feature. -
What new parts should they add?
Sirad replied to Jeb-head-mug kerman's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Pistons or landing gear with Slider-Adjustable Height for Base Building. But first: Fix the mess. -
Would you say SpaceX is doing better than NASA?
Sirad replied to Duski's topic in Science & Spaceflight
As you believe the Plans exist (some say there are still Microfilms at the JPL, i shall ask if i ever come 'round there) i can prove that old Drawings can be used. The Company im at work supplies High End Medium Voltage Motorstarters. The last 10 Years we built Equipment for: ESA, CERN and ITER and several other Big Dinosaurs. Some of our Drawings/Plans, and Normative Elements are from 1978(just seen today) and still in use. So i am an Idiot working in a Idiotic company. Thank you, Yay America is Great!- 115 replies

As for this one i can answer: The Bigger the Star (in Terms of Mass) the lesser the 'Habitable Zone'. Radiation emitted from 'Bigger' Stars tend to have much shorter Wavelengths so the Radiation has a much more Fatal impact upon us Carbon Based Lifeforms. Big Blue Monsters Radiate that much Energy and High energetic Particles, that even any Atmosphere or Magnetic Field any Planet can come up with, gives absolutely no protection. Given that, Bigger stars even have much shorter Lifespans (500M Years and even much less) Think of a Solar Wind that high Particle momentum, equal out of CERN. Any Atmosphere given in any potential Habitable Zone around a Big Blue One will be Eroded by sheer radiation Pressure from Solar Wind. So will any Liquids & Longer Molecules be Destroyed/Ionized by impact Momentum of Photons/Particles. Bigger Star = shorter Lifespan = more Radiation = lesser habitable Zone Smaller Star = longer Lifespan = less radiation = bigger habitable Zone hope i could helped.

Would you say SpaceX is doing better than NASA?
Sirad replied to Duski's topic in Science & Spaceflight
This is exactly the reason why a Goal like 'Landing on Mars' will be stretched and blocked forever. When i was young I've seen Men walking and driving on the Moon. NASA actually going nowhere. If they hadn't used Wernhers Saturn5 drawings as Toilet Paper then they could have pulled out something really reliable and cheap out of the drawer (i say CHEAP) to go back to space after the end of the shuttle program...... uuuuh oooooh wait... What if they STILL have the Plans of the Saturn5 somewhere but pretend to have lost them to maintain a reason for big Salarys big and Expensive Stuff from the Government instead of Pulling out that (reliable old Craftmanship) Rocked without any Costs, Slab it together and enter Space again ? Did i asked the wrong question ?- 115 replies

Would you say SpaceX is doing better than NASA?
Sirad replied to Duski's topic in Science & Spaceflight
Nasa: N ot A ny S paceship A vailable Yah, you are right thats the stuff those 'uh ah NASA is best' People dont understand. NASA (now) HAVE smart Scientists, for sure, but anything 'cool' and 'smart' will get drowned in the sheer abundance of overwhelming, slow, money eating Bureaucracy and you have to follow the line to first ask the guy above you if you are alloved to punch an additional hole in formular XC-101-1123.112(-i-have-an-idea-) So why throw Money to old Dinosaurs if you could have 100 times the Efficiency elsewhere ? Is the Government afraid of Uprisings and Riots if they Close down the Nasa and Reopen it with only those who really WORK there ? (even at ESA we have that Problem and i bet the Russians suffer too) You didnt understood what my Post was all about. Are you from the USA ?- 115 replies

Would you say SpaceX is doing better than NASA?
Sirad replied to Duski's topic in Science & Spaceflight
Since Wernher von Braun left the Nasa, they more and more started to gain the needed level of Bureaucracy, that allowed them to fail in Missions by miscalculating inches with millimetres.- 115 replies

We're not paying enough
Sirad replied to Vermil's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
According to the common Mexican Salarys (no offense meant) The 'Playerbase' already paid enough Money to rewrite the game 20 times from the bare scratch with a dev team of 50 Coders. NO. NO. NO. -
those 'fanboying walls of text' trying to find a 'hype-o-way' to write a trashy release into a good one by adding endless walls of 'helpfully explaining and exuseful text' makes me sick. The more words used, the less substance stays behind. Facts dont need much words at all. Fact: 1.1.2 is a trashy release that were pushed out with the best QC the company could supply us with: None. Because as others stated right, why should the company bother about investing a single lousy dollar in QC while we are here to do that job for free ? Any excuses are only to throw a stinky bone to those who all at all PAYD this Game. Debug that. Dont need that. I just want to play the Game and dont want to chew old stinky bones.

Excels ? You are talking about Kerbal Space Program where a lander explodes if a kerbal accidentally touches it ? or where you spontaneously start to Spin in Orbit without no Reason ? (and the list is long) nonsense.
