The only people who can fix ckan issues are the group taking care of ckan ... would you ask a performance racing garage mechanic in Huston to fix the pot holes on a street in Dallas? If you use ckan you're bound to have problems unless that is how you play KSP ... if installing mods and other dependancies like win-doh's update is your cup of tea then I can see how it might be enjoyable If you manage to get your modlist working that is how you win, yes?

This is a good example of why people should buy directly from the KSP store and not steam

@MinimalMinmus - Fantastic, this is what I am talking about Make a claim and provide the evidence .. no more, no less For the record I wasn't doubting the claim, however nor was I doubting it @Rocket In My Pocket - I wasn't criticising you ... I was just asking for evidence to back up your claim -

@Rocket In My Pocket - extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence Citation requested ... what you quoted is not intrinsic evidence, just an opinion until evidence is provided -

Personal views aside, is it not a general rule of the scientific method to not draw a conclusion from one data point? If it leads you to question then answer the question, do not assume intent by attributing this issue to all of his videos -

@cratercracker - correct me if I am wrong, but those who have posted here haven't been condemning him for using cheats or changing parts etc... from what I read It's about the claim of 'stock' when experienced players can clearly make out that it wasn't done 'stock' and the obvious fact that he used cheats such as infinite fuel ... it appears to me that he was deliberately misleading his viewers wherein lies the issue Yes, he put a lot of effort into the video to make it look good, however the video was made with the intention of misleading people which is disingenuous- 85 replies

@GKSP - if you use KIS you will be able to remove and even add custom helmets like in the video below ... there are also item packs with sunglasses, medieval weapons and I believe I saw something that adds beards and mustaches

Hope this helps

The version for KSP 1.2.9 is a pre-release, clearly labelled as well as clarified in the OP of this thread that it is such There have been 2 releases since the pre-release compatible version was posted with both having correct version files The pre-release compatible version was posted as a courtesy and unfortunately the version file did not get changed before being posted ... I apologize for any inconvenience that the BDAc team may have caused by not following the rules and conforming to the CKAN gods wishes as it is apparent that modders must do as CKAN says or else So what was the problem? ... something about garbage guess what happened?
-
Apparently not as the pre-release version is being given to everyone who is downloading it from ckan regardless of which version of KSP they have Odd it is that a version 3 releases back is being provided as the latest version on ckan

BDAc v0.2.1.0 is for KSP v1.2.2 and not the KSP 1.2.9 pre-release so there is nothing to fix There is a version of BDAc0.2.0.0 for KSP v1.2.9 which can be found by scrolling down the releases page on the BDAc github and looking for the orange pre-release tag on the left side of the page (the zip download even labels it for the pre-release ... can't miss it) https://github.com/PapaJoesSoup/BDArmory/releases

You will require the Procedural Parts mod and the custom parts pack .. See the release notes in the OP of this thread (excerpt below) Also, to all I have been working on MM configs that bring camo to stock parts and will also be integrating BDAc parts into the pack ....
-
As my colleague said in the above post, @jrodriguez's Procedural Missiles that are a part of BDAc makes the HKEV obsolete which means it will likely not be 'fixed' With Procedural Missiles you have the ability to make your own space capable missiles/torpedoes from the ground up

DCK Features - 42 alternate skins for Stock, Aviator Arsenal, BD Armory Continued, BDMk22 Cockpits, SM_AFVs, Mk2 Expansion, QuizTech, KAX, Airplane Plus, BAD T Props; ALG, AoA Tech, RvB, SXT and Procedural Parts as well as most of @SpannerMonkey(smce)'s mods having built in support for DCK - DCK Paintshop courtesy of @TheDog ... Now you don't have to switch textures on each part one by one (see video below) - Transparent/Invisible Aircraft Armor ... protect that new paint job from scratches, bullets, missiles and even high speed impact against other craft (Armor models courtesy of @SpannerMonkey(smce)) .... now compatible with FAR by making the armor invisible to FAR's aero calculations ... MM patch included in download - Courtesy of @SuicidalInsanity - DCK Wheels ... If you've ever wanted to change the stock wheels to something with a little more pizzaz then DCK has you covered (see video's below ... Contributions by @Wrench Head) Be advised that the Transparent/Invisible aircraft armor DOES NOT affect the drag on your craft or its flight characteristics and only adds weight and an armor rating - for use in conjunction with BDAc ... Be sure to not block your weapons with the armor [DEPRECIATED ... Now a DCK add on] Please, do not overwrite DCK when updating ... Delete the previous version and any DCK add-ons from your Gamedata folder before installing the new version DCK Github download link: https://github.com/DoctorDavinci/DCK/releases/tag/v0.4.1.0 DCK Github issues link: https://github.com/DoctorDavinci/DCK/issues INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS RECOMMENDED ADD ONS PLEASE NOTE: DCK requires Module Manager DCK contains code adapted from Default Action Groups, USITools and Firespitter ...
