Nope. I don't use Kerbalism. It's nothing against the mod, it just changes too much and wasn't modular enough for me to just use what I liked about it. Maybe it's changed, but I don't follow the development of it anymore

Post a screenshot of your gamedata folder. You likely have installed things wrong.
-
Yes, but it will after the upcoming update
-
So if you are playing on 1.7.3, that's probably the issue. JNSQ is set up for the initial release of BG. There was an update to KSP/BG and the names of the scatter objects changed. The current release of JNSQ is not set up for those changes. However, you can download the master file from GitHub which does make those changes and plays fine with BG. An actual update for JNSQ is just around the corner, but in the meantime, I'd recommend the master file.

Welcome to the internet. When you post things on a public forum, even jokes, especially not so obvious ones, and especially about things like KSP performance, on the KSP forum, you can expect answers like this. So, for you to respond immediately with after literally asking "what do you think?" makes me scratch my head. Also, welcome to the forums. I see you joined in May but have not participated very much since then. I hope your stay here is a little less abrasive going forward.

Ewwwww

So this is why the likes were turned off? So you could go empty the bucket without someone gaining the competitive edge while you were away?
-
Yeah, I suppose if you only plan to post it on GitHub. I wouldn't post anything here until you get proper permission from TWG.

It depends on the license, but typically it is frowned upon in the community. Let's say your fork introduces new issues, how are the users supposed to know who to go to? You? The White Guardian? More than likely TWG because it will be impossible to know who's code is causing issues, which isn't fair to him to be expected to answer questions about issue related to someone else's fork. I'm not saying your code does have issues, but I have seen all too often on the forums bad forks and the developers of those bad forks do not stick around to help with bug squashing. There used to be an unspoken rule amongst modders about waiting 90 days to do something like that, but ultimately it depends on the license which should be in the mod somewhere. Check that before you do anything.

Galileo replied to Thomas P.'s topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Yes, the latest update fixes the fps issues. Feel free to remove the temporary fix cfg -
There is an update just around the corner. It will be for 1.7.3

The city lights are already done in JNSQ, but thank you for the awesome post. I can't remember if they were included in the last update, but anybody can download the master file on GitHub and get them. Screenshot by @Zorg as I dont have any videos or screenshots of my own lol

[1.3.1] Rescale! Comprehensive SD Configs [1.0.2.8] [03 Dec 2017]
Galileo replied to Galileo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
You ignore or decline the contract. Common practice in rescaled systems is to ignore the rescue missions, as the orbits are typically far too low.- 310 replies

Well, I think it was stated a few months ago, but we intentionally made bodies have only a few obvious biomes, and left the rest to be discovered and named by users who stumbled upon cool areas. There was even a thread started about it. All we need is coordinates and a name, and preferably some screenshots. Biomes take way too much time and effort to find and name them all. Ain't nobody got time fo dat!

[1.8.1-1] [PLEASE FORK ME] Kopernicus & KittopiaTech
Galileo replied to Thomas P.'s topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I assume this pause when switching to map view is due to the loading/unloading of textures. I'm not quite sure, but I'm certain it will be looked at in time. -
Who needs terrain shaders? truthfully, can't wait for 1.8 to get here!

[1.8.1-1] [PLEASE FORK ME] Kopernicus & KittopiaTech
Galileo replied to Thomas P.'s topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
With the latest update of kopernicus, I removed that little bit from JNSQ and the performance is still well over 100fps for me. I'll keep it in as a precaution, but I don't think it's necessary anymore. -

You couldn't be more wrong. Star theory is an actual game developer with many staff that happen to be big fans of the original KSP. Let's not make things up to justify your decision to not buy game.
