I am having so much fun in War thunder at the moment.

Same dude. I've been spending far more time in WT than KSP right now. Today i spent 6 hours with my squad playing squables because i play competitively.

But on the side i've been working on this new hyper-compact micro engine design i am planning to use on e Do-335-esque aircraft in the future.

@_Rade @Gman_builder Both of you are right actually.

The control is called the cyclic because it changes the pitch of the rotor blades cyclically. The result is to tilt the rotor disk in a particular direction, resulting in the helicopter moving in that direction.

I know. The rotor disk is what is produced when the blades start spinning. So tilting the blades tilts the disk.

What, so you want me to reconstruct the entire thing with steel plates?

The ship's a massive deck of cards. Every single wing part's connected to each other. Of course the entire thing will get destroyed if you hammer a torpedo or an iceberg in its direction.

    Christ, It's not the Bismarck.

Lmao bro dont redo the whole thing. I'm just sayin it explodes in a giant chain reaction.

  5. @Castille7 Thanks! That looks really solid. I'll download and try to miniaturize it so i can put in a vehicle like i originally intended. Yeha the engine thrust torques the whole thing a little but i use the MAF mod so i can counter that easily. Also makes aiming easier. Before i had a BD FLIR ball just to the left of the cannons which made aiming a breeze because you kinda have to watch the rounds and time it right so that they dont start clipping into the other parts when they fall into the breach.

Just do a dropbox link. Way easier.
