@ProtoJeb21 @Cabbink @_Augustus_ Time to put on my skeptical hat, because there wasn't much about it.

1900 rep! @Spaceception @NSEP @The Raging Sandwich I'm almost at the 2k rep group!

*sigh*
Well, my grandmother passed, today.
It's a really strange feeling. There's grief, obviously, but relief, too. She hadn't been well for a few years, already.
I think the most important person to worry about now is my granddad, and he's keeping strong. Hell of a man, that one. Always an example.
I might be on lurk mode these days. Or I may be talkative. Or I may not even be online at all. I don't really know yet. But I'm here, keeping my head up.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! I have a confirmed planet I can call my own! Or, at least 10.5263% of it.

Well, it looks like Exoplanet Explorers has temporarily broke...
That finally gives me a break to do the first Daily Roundup in over a month! And don't worry, it's going to have some amazing discoveries in it.

Does anyone know if a SCIENCE! mode save from 1.2.2 can work in 1.3, or do I have to start over again?

A little bird came to congratulate me on the end of the school year.
Now it's stuck in my patio and making a ruckus. It almost flew into my head and doesn't understand that there are openings for it to escape. Dang birds.

You know, with all my research over the last few weeks, I began to think that I had reached a limit in how hellish a planet could be. That once you found a specific abomination, it was probably the worst that a planet can get. There would be nothing worse that what I had already found.
I was wrong. Oh holy mother of the mother of the father of the grandfather of the father of @JustJim's Kraken Lord I WAS SO WRONG.

All hail KOI-7711.01. It is the most Earth-like planet ever found. 1.3 Re, stellar flux of around 0.95, and orbits a sun-like star. I've calculated an ESI of 0.91 for it, which is higher than TRAPPIST-1d.
-
I have the star's properties finished for my mod! You guy's are welcome to check my math All units were made to represent a portion of the sun (In this case 0.67x the mass of the sun, as opposed to the same in kg) to make life easier.
In the case of Luminosity and Radius, the numbers were rounded.
Star Mass of star: 1.326e+30 kg = 0.67, Radius, 1043550000 meters = 0.743, Surface temperature, 4622.4 K = 0.816, Luminosity, 0.30, Hab zone inner, 0.52 AU, Hab zome outer, 0.75 AU
Now I just need to shrink everything down to stock size
How would the HZ be affected?

Wow! This looks Like a Winner!
Transit starts at 2.25 days. Frozen Mini-Neptune at 2.3 E.R and 132 K(-222.07 degrees Fahrenheit!)

What should i do for my Venus mission? Just a fly-by? A skim through the atmosphere or a full on impact?

Oh my Kraken save me.

If someone here thought a Saturn-mass rocky planet as hot as a red dwarf star wasn't hellish enough...
