  1. Not sure from what you've posted, though you will need t ensure your graphics drivers are up to date as Unity and KSP is really touchy when it comes to graphics drivers. Can you start KSP via the binary directly?
  2. Nope, try again The user below me has been here over a year.....
  3. I've had this and it's annoying, sometimes struts cant "path" through parts properly and they break, and the only real fix is you reseat them so they don't skim the fuel tanks surface (or the surface of any other part) quite so closely. They can also break if they are part of a sub assembly, that's a real bug and needs addressing, hopefully for the next release.
  4. Well at 150m/s most things will go boom... The only issue I have had is the new legs tendency to leave my carefully designed landers clear of the ground, so the ladder does not reach, but a moments redesign in the VAB or a little jump with my Kerbals fixes that just fine
  5. Cough................ Edit: Seen aceassasin around a fair bit, 6/10.
  6. Welcome to the community JDobs It's always good to see new players, if you do need any help just ask, and have fun playing KSP

  11. Welcome to the community celem, and congrats getting to Duna
  12. KSP on Windows can use 3.5gigs max right now as it's 32bit, but a new gfx card would help. You don't really need a lot of RAM unless you are running a lot of programs or messing with Tiff images.
  13. :/ Yeah okay I guess, it's not the best thread I've seen but I'm hoping it improves. Though really, unless we get some actual nuclear physicists in here that's unlikely.
  14. I'm pretty sue upgrading to 64bit is free, so yeah, go for it
  15. Don't go calling people trolls guys, it's the kind of thing that brings a promising thread to a close... Most people are against nuclear energy simply because they don' understand it, they don't know how safe it is and they read too many tabloids.
  16. Low weight is critical, and yeah you want to get high, you can run your engine at reduced throttle so it doesn't flame out and get serious long range that way.
  17. Impressive work camulus777 and worthy of it's own thread so people see it, any chance of the craft file though?
  18. November sees a new bunch of notable threads, from the Gameplay forum to the Space lounge, many excellent threads have been started by you, the life of these forums First we have Cruzan's excellent new series of quick guides to KSP, there's two to start with, and hopefully more to come so come on Cruzan, make more videos Next up is Scarecrow88 and his very nicely made flight challenge, all craft are provided and fully stock, so everyone can play, so what are you waiting for? Like your craft a little bit different? I know I do, and I know you'll have fun flying the Bulldog from Cupcake! This VTOL, like all of Cupcakes designs is incredibly well thought out and carefully balanced by hand Patupi's active imagination takes hold of you in his excellently written Colonization: Chapter one- Farside Crater, join our intrepid hero's Jeb Bill and Bob as they journey to the Mun to reveal its secrets... We're a community of space enthusiasts, so how could I not stick hugix's Rocket pictures thread in the Space Lounge? Go and take a look, and see if you can find some cool pics of rockets to post That's it for this month, enjoy
  19. Very impressive stevism, and I like your craft designs Welcome to the community, and I hope we soon see a lot more from you
  20. Please see the challenge guide for ways to improve your challenge
  21. I tend to use stock parts and only addons that leave my craft and saves shareable, so I build them from the regular stuff in-game You can make rovers from anything though, you just need some wheels...
