Within GPP_Secondary, try adjusting any @Kopernicus:FOR/:AFTER[GPP/GPP_Secondary] tags to @Kopernicus:AFTER[Squad] and any non-Kopernicus AFTER tags to :AFTER[Squad] I'm confident that you have no planet mods installed whose names start with S or later... If you do, adjust the tags to :AFTER[ZZZ] which works and is widely used. Mods do load in alphabetical order so this should be sufficient.- 7,372 replies

There's Karkua, the black hole. In the meantime you can add the Kargantua mod somewhere and have +1 black hole and the pulsar.... Although, you'll have to cut out INSTANTIATOR in the meantime and deal with no epic accretion disk. I wish Karkua emitted light though. I revisited my unreleased racing NOS modlet for KSP 1.2.x, improving what was there, adding a dimension to it, with favor towards lovers of Skylon and spaceplane engineers in upscaled games. In the interest of keeping clone part count down, I chose the Whiplash to become the dedicated spaceplane NOS rocket, successfully switching between stock engine mode and this. The purpose of this modlet is to, within reason, give lovers of speed a little more to have fun with and benefit from, while speeding. I also did some messing about with sunflares and finally released my sunflare pack for GPP, linked through my signature.

GPP has been compatible with GN for a very long time. But nothing will save your career from breaking if you add GN mid-game. It's the usual problem of adding/removing planet packs mid-game. As for having GPP be the primary system in a game with GN, such an option currently does may not exist.- 7,372 replies

Unless I'm out of date and Galileo takes it upon himself to gnaw at me like Sigma88 just did the reason smooth terminators are disabled on Gael and Tellumo is because there is an issue with EVE where non-white clouds turn black. A lot of other visual effects are missing from GPP because of this or other dependency reasons.- 7,372 replies

No problem. However, I cannot think of any active or release-ready planet packs with a black hole at the center AND doesn't modify the stock planets. If you're up to it, checkout Kerbol Star System. It overhauls those planets, adds a galaxy, and everything orbits something possibly more astounding than a black hole.- 7,372 replies

Updated my Valkyrie. I replaced the Vectors with a set of one of Mk2 Expansion's VTOL engines, and added some aero pieces (slanted and not) to add a bit to fidelity and to fix some serious aero problems. The VTOL engines just need to be modded to fit OPT's standards and at least: Provide useful TWR Be usable in vacuum I'm considering cloning a VTOL engine or two from QuizTech (ones that don't have a visible fan), and not just to use with OPT. I added some particle FX to the J-81 engine's close cycle too (a stock blue haze over the purple flame that was always there). It's not much. It doesn't need to be amazing.

One of GPP's greatest charms (focused on pure fun, rather than realism and challenge) is that it puts enough Karbonite everywhere that you can get creative with it across the whole system. Do things that you normally could never do with it in any other planet pack because ther's always so little, and what you can never do with SolidFuel, LiquidFuel or Oxidizer. That said, Karbonite is a dirty fuel and I'd feel guilty flying that plane everywhere on Gael and possibly causing Global Warming. Making that plane has given me ideas.

I happened to get some inspiration from EJ_SA and his Avatar Valkyrie project the other night, and built myself one. It's very rare that I build an interplanetary spaceplane, mainly because I refrain from using OPT's J-81 or Dark Drive engines. Ignoring my great fondness for life support, this could be a grand tour plane--well except to the likes of Eve. With no cargo and no pit stop after ascent it has 8km/s in vacuum on main engines but only 1300m/s on VTOL, and enough TWR either way to defeat Tylo. It may become my official surface to moon transport in 2.5x.

Yesterday I launched the first SCANsat probe, only equipped for low-res terrain + biome scanning. The lifter core had science to grab on the way up so its safe return (well everything above the adapter part near the middle) was vital. Finally, unlocking enough parts to make airplanes that can go super fast, or go fairly fast for a long time I happened to create a powerful airplane currently only possible in GPP, or on Tekto of OPM. A Karbonite-fueled globetrotter with peak performance at Mach 3.8 at ~15km. Its namesake is the Water Strider Mosquito. It steadily cruises while on fire but nothing ever comes close to melting. The bulk of its body is two long Mk2 cargo bays, and it doesn't hold a drop of LF in the radial tanks or at all.

Paging all planet makers and their moms. There is finally a form of centralization for this texture pack, with the goal of breaking its dependency on an OPM download and that anyone who adds custom textures to or alongside CTTP doesn't step on anyone else's toes (as with the Community Resource Pack) . It's been too long since I attempted these two planes (whatever form they take, but the intent or purpose is what matters). The Jonny Quest Dragonfly Same intent-- just to replicate this in KSP. I think it handles better than my previous attempt in KSP 1.1? The Avatar Valkyrie This was not intentional at all but I figured... while watching EJ_SA, to actually take a crack at this. (Side note, his Krakentech Valkyrie was epic.) Ultimately, it shares a purpose with one or two planes I built way back, and that purpose is, a single stage to Mun and beyond.
