  1. Looks like a clipping problem, have you ''clipped'' any parts?Shift move them? I guess not really a solution but maybe time warp only from the tracking station?
  2. Are you on Steam? Are you looking on the correct install location?Maybe its in a different folder? Check your recycling bin just in case... Uhmm this sounds like a user permission problem, admin rights etc. Try to view the hidden files:Click View at the top of the folder window then Hidden items.
  3. Welp...autostruts are gonna save you then.(Yes it is a stock feature and a life saver). While ingame hit Escape->Settings->Advanced Tweakables.Then in editor or even in vessels already launched right click to a part and you can autostrut almost everything. They make vessels a lot stronger and without the need to use the normal struts and make the vessel look ''ugly'' or add to the number of the parts.Make sure you use them wisely and try to stick on grandparent. Heavy and Root autostrut tend to cause problems.I prefer launching a vessel with one or two heavy autostruts then disabling them while in orbit(Still risky though). If you want more info on them google is your friend, there are many posts about them .
  4. This does look a lot when the autostrut kraken happens.Make sure you using only grandparent and try to avoid Heavy and Root Part autostrut.Other than that, do you have the solar panels directly attached to the robotic part? Do the robotic parts have autostruts?
  5. Make sure you disable steam cloud from Library and not from general settings(Just in case), Right Click on Kerbal->Properties->Updates->Steam Cloud Have you tried of clearing the download cache?Steam->Settings->Downloads.
  6. Isnt Unity supposed to be the most effective/simple/fast way to create these type of games? Whenever someone asks why its not using a different engine this is usually the answer they get...am i wrong? I dont know, i am not a programmer, just what i hear from developers when this question is thrown around.

  8. I really want at some point a new KSP game but my logic inside me tells me thats probably not gonna happen. Big companies take the best from each indie studio and merge them in bigger games/plans. Also when an indie game got a sequel?I cant really recall many, such a rare thing to see. One example for indies unable to make a sequel is Subnautica.They eventually took the road to DLC but well in stand alone form maybe unable to require the cash needed for a new game?

  11. if that is enough to satisfy the logic behind .I had made weirder assumptions for other kerbal things to kinda remain realistic.
  12. When you re saying past do you mean current version of the game or you made/test them in older versions?
  13. Did you leave your game open while you were gone?Does the same thing happen when you restart?Kerbal perfomance tends to degrade very fast, maybe it calculates too slow to be correct. Other than that, i have no idea .

  15. I tried it but the engines(not the plate) still have locked autostrut and the bug remains.I am gonna take a break, i spent almost an hour messing around with this bug .Tnx for the help, i might be doing something wrong with the module manager patch who knows .

Engines, Engine Plates, Locked Autostruts etc. When you merge two vessels in the editor this might happen after seperation during flight: https://imgur.com/a/6CzwGYi The solution/workourand is to always open first in the editor the upper/highest stage/part of your vessel then merge the later stages/other vessels under it.(The grandparent autostruts go up and not down). https://imgur.com/a/1Ne8p2E Please report this in bugtracker .I made an account but i have no idea how to do it .
  17. I had really bad luck with them, sometimes they kraken float away from the vessel, sometimes one of them just stops working, uhhhh .Hopefully they make them stronger like the other parts.
  18. Sometimes the clipping out or inside happens even if the robotic part has nothing attached to it . I ll do more soft launches, thats something i need to try, although most times i keep g's close to green i might be able to do better job.
  19. The last few days i wasted countless hours trying to launch robotic infused payloads/vessels to space without some of them breaking/stop working on the way. I cant figure out when they break, fairing deploy, ascend, circular burn, i have no idea.Using structural/other than fuel tank parts to mount them helps but not always. Having engine plates and fairings make the robotic parts break more often for sure.Switching btw active vessels sometimes feels its also the cause. Some times the parts will clip away from the vessel or inside.Even if only one part glitches out you cant have the vessel just roaming around with floating parts. If anyone has any tips that can improve the success rate of launching robotic infused vessels to space without something glitching/breaking out i would be more than thankful. Oh and its a full stock game, no mods and i did try several variations with Autostruts, Rigid, deploying fairing at vacuum etc .
  20. Do you have any RCS on by any chance?Do you have the Hibernation while in warp set to auto? Sometimes with very precise orbits i find even using SAS can flicker the numbers.
  21. Crew Report/Eva Report for Biomes only change at Low Orbit. Gravmax tests for Biomes are done in both Low and High Orbits. Atmosphere Tests for each biome are done in both below and above the borders. Thats what i found prior to DLC, hopefully nothing changed. Uhh probably some more info for other experiments but thats how far i gone soooo .

Will our old savegames have more problems in future updates?Does a new save prepare the ground for the next thing to come or its the same with a new save just this different value.I know Rocketology and other people compared the persistent files, its just would be nice to have an official word that keeping our saves wont affect any future fixes/dlcs etc.Its not supported always scares me(like legacy servers that loose support in mp games ).
  23. Yeah, messing around with fuel priorities and sometimes with decouples messes up the DV calculations .I use a mod to see the true DV but i sure hope so it will get fixed soon.There are 2-3 posts in the last month that mention the same problem so i am guessing its not limited to few users.
