What if we're simulating Kerbals... But we're in a simulation... Made by Kerbals! What if they were tripping out argueing over weather to add Kerbals into our simulation over the Human Space Program forums? Mind= Blown.

What is your most facepalm-worthy moment regarding KSP?
Kernel Kraken replied to MaverickSawyer's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I just had a 'good facepalm' moment yesterday. As y'all probably know I like planes with lots of lift, but I got it right this time. I made a biplane which takes off at 24 meters per second. As I realized what I had been doing so wrong I facepalmed. Mabye I can use it as the base for an SSTO! The low takeoff speed allows for some purty crazy maneuvers in the air, but it's as aerodynamic as a barn. -
I use 7.62x 51mm NATO!

Suspiciously Affirm Your Status As A Human
Kernel Kraken replied to astrokerb's topic in Forum Games!
4/10, used words like 'your' to describe hoomans. I am clearly human, I have a face, thumbs, and are posting a post right now! -
I've gone overboard... I built a 40 passenger jet that takes off at less than thirty meters per second. And it's powered by two weasleys. I love biplanes now.

I've finished fleshing out my design for a midranged small- medium modular plane... I think it will work. It looks cool enough, it should go well.

What is your most facepalm-worthy moment regarding KSP?
Kernel Kraken replied to MaverickSawyer's topic in KSP1 Discussion
During my massive- wing cargo plane project from earlier that was in no way a disguised BDAc Gunship, another weird thing happened due to lift. I had too much, so I got some unbreakable plane mods. This worked well until the lift pulled the plane off the runway into an uncontrollable tumble. By pulled the plane off the runway, it was like strait up hovering up because of the rediculous lift force. I deleted the craft file in disgust and proceeded to slam my face into my desk white plastic folding table. -
No. @Dundun65C

This is now my favourite Wikipedia article.

This sounds... 'fun'. It'd be fun just to laugh at this guy bringing animals to school, but it doesn't sound like it's worth it being in his class.

Extended Kerbol Grand Tour
Kernel Kraken replied to septemberWaves's topic in KSP1 Challenges & Mission ideas
Holy crapowski... If I could get out of Kerbin's SOI without being fired into the vast emptyness if space with No remaining Delta-V I would definitely try this. (If I could figure out interplanetary). I've had an idea for a Nerv- based SSTO bouncing around my head for a while,.I might build it then use it as a base for a mothership down the line. -

I'm honestly too lazy to switch from windows... I like how easy it is to use, and that it's not completely child- proofed like MacOS.

Just saw the movie Friday. It's an amazing movie, but it shouldn't be called Ready Player One. There no plot devices that have an important role in the book mentioned in the movie, excluding Wade's trailer stack being blown up, and the concept of the contest itself. I think if they changed some of the character's names and renamed the movie it'd be an excellent stand- alone film, just not under the Ready Player One name.

290: going out of order within list threads.

I think you put that in the wrong thread, @kerbiloid. This is the Garble-A-Post thread, not the Rephrase-A-Post thread...

I don't know exactly, my PC has LEDs and I can set them to be a CPU Temp readout, but the controller is messed up and I'm too lazy to fix it. My game starts to get noticably framerate- droppy at roughly 700 parts, though. i5-6600K, I believe.
