  7. Greetings You may have noticed that I have adopted SimpleLogistics and SimpleConstruction. I would also like to adopt for curation Not-So-SImpleConstruction. I have asked and received permission from @Mrcarrot to update / continue / adopt / release the above named mod(s) as permitted by the individual license(s). I might as well try for the top-hat.since already adopted SimpleLogistics and SimpleConstruction; and @linuxgurugamer has adopted CivilianPopulation. am looking into a) if I may ( @MatterBeam ); b) if I can. so far b) is looking okay. everything seems to work with updated USI-LS, CivPop; just wondering when/how little kerbals appear. (I will message @MatterBeam if and when I am confident of b) )

  11. yes. I am stepping through KSP versions to provide those who are stuck (either by choice or mod dependency) with a compatible version. This version should work in 1.8.1 just fine; that is my DevGame version and it does for me. The patches might (do) need some more polish. All further versions will be for the current version (whichever it is) of the game. There will be at least one release for 1.8.1. With KSP 1.9 changing timewarp, will have to see if it breaks that part of this mod.
  12. I have been 'slowly' increasing the version compatibility to make sure it is compatible with prior versions. I have done the most rudimentary testing with 1.8 (ie it works for me) and so I felt comfortable releasing it to KSP 1.8.1 (once I replaced the missing 'screw' ) There only should be one dependency with several recommendations. Dependant upon MM; recommends KerbalStats (adding that one) and several others; one of which being NSSC. (s.i.c.) I am updating the CKAN data to remove the IFS dependency. @HebaruSan , the netKAN might need a refresh - I just doublechecked the SpaceDock and github readme - and made sure they were/are corect. I am debating about adding the EL-launchclamps; they makes sense, but aren't really in the spirit of this mod. I don't control NSSC, @Mrcarrot does. I have asked to adopt for curation NSSC, and hopefully will hear back soon, else I will adopt it for curation under terms of its license. (GPLv3). Hopefully I will be able to adopt the Spacedock and CKAN entries. kindly make sure to do a clean install, 4.0.2.2.1 has v6.7.0.0 LaunchPad.dll included (in correct directory) and does not (should not) trip up incompatible version alarm. I had to build the .zip manually (fixing that) and it (I) misplaced the .dll (apologies). Oh, anything that might add value to this? Welcome! I plan on doing a little more work on it (see above). Suggestions welcome. I will try to add localization.
  13. sardonic and healthy skepticism - plus other quotes above - I only think about KSP2 every couple of weeks - don't even spend much (if almost any) time in this thread. i.e. I'll care if, and when it comes out; till then 1.9 is due out soon™
  14. All is good. Tells me people are using this 'glorious' little mod. I've been told of other 'phantom' hard to reproduce bugs that CTD - might be a Unity thing, or to quote someone "unholy interactions with the Kraken'. All good. Helping others help themselves only helps me. (and maybe now the ScienceAlert authors) using Notepad++ with that plug in really is a timesaver to help filter out the 'cruft'. I can't thank @Bearfight enough for that posting about it. Happy Exploding! (oops - flying!) and do stop in from time to time, post what you like,dislike about this mod. +1

  21. thank you! +1 and a new version is here (see below). and now taking this out of pre-release. Small footprint, and easy to use. Just needs some polish and new toolbar icons.
  22. Okay - I had put a heat shield under the docking port to deflect the blast - that was the issue. ad hoc, ergo promptus hoc: probably going to include the EL launchclamps. and if including them - the disposable pad as well.
  23. That did it. releasing for 1.7/1.8 today. just have to fix one more problem - not undocking.
  24. added in the dockingport patch - just updated it with info from launchpad2 that worked. so it probably was the dockingport patch
