I take it you have karbonite/karbonite+ installed? As to the importance of it, I cannot tell unless I see the mm.log/mmpatch.log, or at least the portions that pertain. I will try to install K/K+ today and see. more news @11. comments and suggestions here are fine as well. -
is there an off-the-shelf script/utility to process part.cfg's -> localization.configs?

could you do it in two steps? the part.cfg would have tags = #autoLOC_500848 then follow that with a simple MM patch (could even be in same file) @PART[xyz] // pseudo-code { temp = #../tags @tags = #autoLOC_500929 @tags ^= :$: temp: !temp } you might even be able to just do it this way - @tags ^= :$: #autoLOC_500929 : I am doing something close now with a mod I just released. Using the stock dictionary localization tags; then coming after and patching

@Barar thank you. I have been updating part mods; part of that is moving textures and models into an Assets folder. I can't remember which one has been giving me trouble, but once I find it - (it has to be one of the many mods I have in my adoption pipeline) I will come back here. Currently trying to do a texture swap using stock variant system. I can do it with B9, just want to do it via stock not only to learn how to do it, but so it is done with stock. -

My pleasure. excellent suggestion. +1 CKAN also lists all four as compatible with 1.9; which they probably are, however I haven't even started up 1.9 yet. I have downloaded it; but soon™ I will fire it up. Once I do, and at least see that the parts pop, I will release for 1.9. Thankfully I was shown an easy way to speed up my deployment by using .json's - thank you for pointing out the issue - I just updated the KSP.json for these parts and violai it now should be updated everywhere, at least on all the graphical. I can't do much about CargoBays on Spacedock. I appreciate the feedback! PS - I just updated the OP with your suggestion. -

not trying... however, I do have a backlog of mods to release - last count 20+ (mostly part mos) including some real favorites. Hopefully they are quality not just quantity. Next up: SimpleCargoSolutions; and maybe some long legs, and maybe a whole lotta ISP. -

Yes. all four of these are seemingly fairly popular on SpaceDock. I would love to see the flat fuselage in say carbon fiber black, and maybe some blinkies on them - @bcink or another modeler might take some of their very precious time to update the models. (I can hope). I will see if I can provide the SphericalTanks with other selectable textures. Am also considering releasing them in 0.625m, 1.875m, 2.5m, and 3.75m variants. What do you think? I welcome suggestions. all github PR's will be considered. Thank you - +1 the Factory Specified maxTemp has been raised due to additional post release testing from 1800° to 2000° in order to bring it in line with our competitors. the crashTolerance of DaMichel's 1.25m SphericalTanks is 7, which is why you pay a premium for them. compared to similar stock tanks. the breakingForce and breakingTorque had already been corrected to 50 (stock) from 200 (unbreakium) in researching this - several other small details came up and will be fixed in the next release (the texture was fixed already): -

gotten sidetracked on other mod adoptions. However, was able to get DaMichel's Part out the door *finally* it takes a long time to create five Readme.md, x.version files, Changelog.cfg's and then get all the media set up. Split them out into their own directory again.

Greetings. I am planning on updating and releasing these wonderfufl parts (so far found the RTG, Cargobays, Tanks, and Fuselage). I have received specific permission from @DaMichel. Thank you! I will release them per the the license CC BY-SA 3.0 which has been updated to CC BY-SA-NC 3.0. Thank you in advance! PS - looking for translations through GitHub PR. Also looking for someone to take the textures in the SphericalTanks and turn them into stock Variants. More when there is something more to say. patch GameData/KIS/settings.cfg (IIRC) - here is a sample patch. Requires module manager. I don't know any more than this. -

found a plugin for npp that 'filters' files. only issues are that is only filters one thing at a time, and can't remember filters. It does filter into a new file which is great. now maybe I have to find a script to fix what I don't like about the plug in.
