    The fuselage parts are ok because they are just models, the wheels need special colliders and accurate models, the current Unity engine is very diferent compared to Unity 5, the wheel was made to work in Unity 5, not Unity 2019.

    Ok that is clearly not clipping, the mod that you used to build the rover has not been updated recently, and since then, much things had changed, so I'm sorry to tell that the rover will not work well in recent versions.
