Whew, that could have ended quite badly, did any sources say what the issue was?

Well it seems Artemis is off to a wonderful start! I hope rocket lab doesn't get blamed for this somehow, the launch was amazing and they probably don't have anything to do with this disaster.

If so the prospects for recovery are not good.

Where did the news of the asteroids come from?

Psyche slips to next year.
It may never launch at all sadly, NASA is conducting an investigation into the probe and if it's worth the investment, in my opinion a very sudden and drastic action for a relatively minor issue in the greater scheme of things.

It's soon.

They can't keep going on losing payloads like this, they need to to more test flights!

An optical module (Xuntian telescope) and an extended core module will be launched during the operation phase.
So there will be ANOTHER module, guessing it will be based of of the unused module built.
It would be a waste to make a backup and not ever use it for an expanding program like the CNSA.

Shenzhou-14 mission start now. There will be five launches, five time rendezvous and docking, two times transposition.
First, Tianzhou-3 leave Tianhe Core Module and let Wentian Module docked with radial docking port.
Wentian's solar panels fully deploys. Then the combination turns and adjusts its attitude.
Use the indexing robotic arm (Chiense version ‘Lyappa Arm') to shift Wentian from radial port to lateral permanent docking port:
Re-adjust the attitude of the assemblage, wait for the docking of the Mentian and repeat a similar process:
Then Tianzhou-4 cargo ship leave CSS and Tianzhou-5 will docking with the station. Finally, Shenzhou-15 crew will go into space and dock with the station for crew rotation in orbit.
Between this may be performed the task of transferring the solar panels of the core module. I haven't seen any official information as to when exactly this will be carried out.
Huh, didn't know Wentian and Mengtian would get an extra pair of panels in between the large arrays.

Another 2 week delay:
Well it wasn't a full month this time! big leaps forward indeed

Wow, it actually works.

I agree, the whole thing is very Kerbal if you really think about it.
This kind of feels like something that should be in the main thread though.
