    Was never thought about, was more of a niche fun thing but. I think the easiest thing to do would be to get the Kerbal attachment system mod and put a hose and socket on each thing you want to transfer to. There is an extending dock port in making history but that would only really be practical in space.     Granted: You follow my threads, learn how to configure and use blender with the .mu plugin, get all the old mods, import the .dae files, strip out the old type of colliders, put in new ones, make sure the models have a material setup and the appropriate ksp shader, that is setup to find your text files,export them as .mu then go in and give them all new configs so they work with the new module setups. You then rigorously test and finally release the updated mods, only to have someone who has no idea how much it took to update it, critique your work. I wish you do this so I can enjoy them.

    Wheels need to believe that the control source is orientated so that the navball is oriented with the blue on the top half and the brown on the bottom, to show that you are moving along ground. If your navball is showing all blue in the pic above then you need to change the control point in your probe in it's User interface so that it set up for driving.
