    Respect to you sir. Please allow me to ask for your opinion: How do you think 1) the lack of transparency regarding key architectural features of the game (like multiplayer) 2) the lack of investment towards community growth 3) going month(s) without news about the game and the lack of gameplay videos reflects on Private Division's Communication and Marketing department? Also, if the game launches in early 2023, when can we expect the much anticipated reveal of the game feature set? Because most of us have no idea what type of game KSP2 will be and I personally believe it will and should be persistent world massively multiplayer.

    Multiplayer and creative work probably. Check the wish list. But the truth is we just don't know what this game will be. Nothing really new and of significance has been revealed, compared to KSP1 + mods. As some point we will either love it or hate it. I really don't expect good communication practices anymore. The delay was announced literally at the last possible moment before we found out from the corporate documents. That's not very nice. Anyway...

    Please stop posting misleading information. It only leads to confusion. Nate Just made a post just over two hours ago, and you made comments in another thread that addressed that announcement. Stop posting misinformation. FY2024 is Fiscal Year 2024, which is in 2023. It is not misinformation. But yes the leaks say Calendar, not Fiscal Year. So there's a problem there.

    I don't follow the logic Well Nate said there's tremendous technological complexity. We've seen what KSP2 = KSP1 + Mods looks like as a single player experience. That has been previously done by the mods out of good will and individual hard work. KSP2 took it and evolved the logic of it. So I don't think that's where the remaining works is (even including colonies). So probably the technical complexity is generated by multiplayer features. So clearly I'm thinking of the work being done on server infrastructure.

    Great! All I have to do now is stay alive for another year. At least it's clear now there's A LOT of work behind the scenes. Probably most for multiplayer.

    OMG, new video! Did we get any new info about multiplayer? ...aw ...no. I'm just going to say that I believe the delay confirms there are going to be public game servers.

    Thanks for the info Nate, all appreciation for the effort of the whole team! It's going to be the greatest game. I hope you make it so we can all build together in a persistent world. Really can't wait to discover all the cool things everyone has and will create in the game universe.

    Multiplayer will boost numbers at release, it's one of the strongest selling points for marketing.

    Even if it's a screenshot, what's the big deal? KSP1 with mods looks just as nice, it could be a screenshot done like that. I'm so profoundly upset because of the lack of communication from the team, I just don't want to address it anymore.

    Funny, it's my first time also. Never preordered, never followed a release. Guess this is why I'm so impatient. I've never been burned. Elden Ring got specs published 1 week before launch.
