alright i just tested it, what an incredible night and day difference, just turning off ocean shaders i was able to keep the high settings with volumetric clouds, i pushed the game to the limit and it never dropped below 50 frames, thank you soooooooooooooooo much youre existence makes me happy -

@Jashin im pretty sure my game renders using a mix of both however id be willing to bet that most of the weight ends up on the processor, my chip is an apu after all, could you elaborate a little more how to change the settings of stock visual enhancements?, perhaps the reason im having issues is because im trying to use it on high settings, but i have no idea how i would change the settings around to be less system intensive thanks for dropping in to assist me -

that would be really unfortunate, i cant upgrade the desktop im using right now, if i wanted a new processor and gpu, i would have to start from scratch and rebuild my entire machine edit: as a sidenote i just noticed you were the one who created sun flares, really spectacular looking mod man, it is highly unfortunate that i cant run it, you created sve, man i feel stupid lol -

really?!, well now that is just strange, i have so many part packs installed on my game and i have no performance issues whatsoever, that is just so strange i dont get that -
it seems like i can install as many part and planet packs to my game as i want, and never get even a bit of lag, even without texture reducers, ive currently got about 25 part packs on my ksp install and 2 planet packs, plus ferram aerospace to boot, but the instant i try to put even something like stock visual enhancements into a stock game install with no other mods, my computer has a meltdown and the game runs at like 15-20 fps despite pulling 100 with all those other mods, so what are the basic system requirements for something like that? my specs: amd a10 7850k 3.7(can turbo boost to 4 if i want to)GHz quad core apu(and of course the radeon r9 with 1GB of vram) Gskill Ripjaws 16GB 2133 MHz ram and i dont know if this matters, but an Asrock FM2A58M-VG3 +r2.0 AMD FM2+/FM@ DDR 3 1 PCIe 3.0 x16 D-Sub 4XSATA2 8XUSB2.0 Motherboard edit: thank you good sirs

man i wish i had a beasty enough pc to run graphical mods, my computer can run as many mods that add content to the game as i so please, but as soon as i try to install any graphics mods even on the stock game, my computer vomits all over the floor and commits ritual seppuku, but man that just makes the game look so freakin good

i hope this is the right place to post this, anyhow i did a full tour of the revamped kerbin system courtesy of uncharted lands, just a really spectacular planet pack by the way so incredible go check it out! feel free to request a general mission summary from me here if you want, otherwise im hoping that its well explained in the video

i mean, i applaud the developer for its creation, however i will never use it, thats nothing against the mod itself i just like to manually pilot my spacecraft, i barely ever even use the new sas assists, now thats not because i feel like its cheating or anything either, its just i personally prefer to manually pilot my spacecraft

this pack is absolutely incredible, everything is just loveing amazing, i havent even left kerbin just because the terrain now is just amazing looking and diverse -
is there a way that i can remove the stock planets from helios?, and maybe put opm planets in the stock system?

overly complicated jet based launch escape system that took 2 hours and 3 redesigns to make, why? thats a good question, enjoy!: if you want the .craft file just let me know and i would be happy to share it here, but otherwise i dont see anyone needing this or wanting it
