  1. A single player game with multiplayer is NOT the same as an MMO dude
  2. To make rovers, do it in the SPH. Than bring them over to your rocket with sub assamblys
  3. The way the mod works is not MMO. It's just a server with a few friends
  4. Temprature scan can only be done close to a body, or on a body. Same with atmosphere readings obviously
  5. Kinda need some more reasons than 'to inspire kids' for something that expencive and life changing
  6. In a way, I hate those sort of comments (not that I hear this everday). I mean, what the hell are you suposed to say to this? You're welcome? That sounds pritty damn stupid Not ment offencive or anything, I'm glad you're still with us Anyway, I agre to the OP. It's refreshing to see how troll-less (yes, that's a word now) this forum is, among other things
  7. If you move fuel around, you shift the center of mass. I wonder what would happen than
  8. I'll believe it when I see Squad announce it themselves
  9. No. If you ever enter that point, the kraken will devour your game
  10. The runway runs directly east-west. Align your prograde marker with either east or west, and you'll get right on the ball
  11. Than you need a more stable design. Or maybe use SAS. Or use fine control. Or just don't use an airplane and use balistic missles instead. If that's to hard, lauch, orbit, and than deorbit to land on the island. Let Mechjeb do the landing for you if THAT is also to hard. And finally: Practice. First up, see if you can take of, turn around, and land back at KSC somewhere in the grass. Succes? Awesome. Now see if you can align the plane to land on the runway. That works to? AWESOME. Now try the same thing on the island
  12. I don't know enough about it to give a good opinion. But since that is also a valid target group of surveys, I entered that in my entry. Hope it helps
  13. Nope, the knee cap is actually a lose bone held in place by tensils. They can just move it. Fun fact: babys are born without a knee cap. It doesn't grow until a few years after birth. And if they had to remove something between the bones, it's most definitly the miniscus. So he's definitly going to feel alot better after the surgery than before Miniscus injurys suck donkey balls
  14. Is it the angle, or is there a wing missing in that last picture?
  15. I asume you mean that that's the smallest you've ever made it?

Aaaw, it's trying to troll. So cute. I like how your main whine piece is debunked just by the fact of me reading it though
  17. That would be X3 Albion Prelude, no question about it. I'm currently also having great fun with Space Pirates and Zombies. Or SPAZ for short. Yes, that exists. Yes, it's as awesome as you think
  18. No, IJKL is still fully navball relative. I'm in staging mode all the time and I only ever look at the navball. Except when orientating the docking ports, but I do that before I start the final docking
  19. Actually, full anesthetea consists of multiple components. One to bring you to sleep and paralize you, and one to make sure you don't feel pain. It does happen sometimes that they forget the one that blocks pain, or don't use enough. The result is that you are entirely paralized, but you still feel everything. The paralization would mean you have no way to signal the doctors that you can feel them cutting into you. So basicly you'll be awake during the entire operation. Fortunatly these things are extremely rare. It also happends that the entire mix is correct, but patients simply wake up during the surgery. Nothing to worry about during a knee surgery though. They'll just sedate the leg
  20. Nah, it's the skull that's strong. The helmet is just to keep the air in
  21. We see the clock we are used to. Makes it much easier to work with. No need to invent a new time system just for a game. In the same way as we say 106 days in a kerbin year, we use earth days, or years, to talk about the rotation of other planets in our own universe. It's the only number most people can understand

Ok, I did not expect something THAT lame...
  23. The meniscus? There is always some risk in surgery, but a meniscus surgery is pritty standard stuf, so generally safe. Knees are pritty simple, not much there that they could screw up. Unles you live in some backwater country where the docter is just some dude with a knife, you won't have to worry about losing your leg If you get local anesthetic, you can even see what they are doing. Some docters will even talk to you while they work, very interesting. Also pritty surreal, since you can SEE they are cutting in your leg, but as far as you can feel, it's made of plastic

lol Ok the first one is fine, the second one would probably apply better to students in general, but you REALLY have me confused at the 3th one. Is that a reference to something I'm not getting?
