What is wrong with KSP?
WooDzor replied to AtamTab's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (PC, unmodded installs)
Have you checked my post from yesterday? I had a similar problem.. -
Hey all, I am running out of ideas here. Hadn't played in a while and I decided to start up KSP again. I happily played for 5 minutes first time around.. boom uncontrollable lagfest out of nowhere. I restart KSP and it starts laggy. After restarting the PC 15 minutes of happy space time, and back to lagging. Restarted my laptop and reinstalled a vanilla version of KSP and again the same problem. The only thing I can think of that changed with my system since the last time I played is the latest Nvidia Gforce driver. I have tried pretty much everything. There's enough RAM left, my CPU isn't running at 100% either. I am lost. Anybody an idea?

have you tried auto hotkey? I am having a similar setup and this works for me. I found it here a year ago or so. https://www.reddit.com/r/KerbalSpaceProgram/comments/270cpq/ksp_on_dual_monitors_i_absolutely_love_it/ you could even go a bit silly and stretch it over 2 screens.

@spreadge @dazelnbok I tried SVE but I failed to get it to work(crashed on boot), and cloud cover was so thick I couldn't see anything after removing the shared asset.. I might mess around with it later today see if I get it to work, since it seemed to run a lot smoother then EVE.

The Apollo Applications Program: 1.0 Edition
WooDzor replied to Whirligig Girl's topic in KSP1 Challenges & Mission ideas
This is how I did it, and it worked pretty well. I had the solar observatory on top of the Skylab and some small RCS fuel (since we don't have hinches) in it to move it 90 degrees to the side, opening up the docking port to allow the Apollo craft to dock. -
Would you mind giving us a list of the mods and settings you're using, that looks just stunning

awesome mission and a good looking rocket too! -
What is it still doing on Kerbin ;-) Cute little craft though. Why don't you use an antenna for the sample arm? Those things are great for poking rocks.
