Avera9e's Cloud Pack I was originally planning on keeping this mod in the comments of the old EVE thread, but I've decided to give it it's own thread after a user suggested it. This pack is dependent on the Environmental Visual Enhancement Sept. 5th release, which was created by Rbray89. Download it HERE. Yeah I had to Update the Mk1 inline texture in WindowShine. It wasn't a big problem though.

It's supposed to emulate the ablator burned off but it does look pretty bad when starting at low ablator :/. After sitting on this over night, I'm thinking it would be nice if the effect was taken as a percentage of the ablator at launch. To explain better, at launch ablator would be at 100%, no matter where on the slider you put it. As it nears depletion (0%) it gradually changes to becoming completely black, rather than changing color based on where on the slider it is. I think that would be more realistic. Using Heatshields as insulators? That sounds genius! XD I shall experiment...

Thank you for the complement! It's my pleasure . Sorry to hear that though . The planet textures take an awful lot of memory to load. You could try loading just Kerbin's, Laythe's, and Jools textures or something like that to save memory (Just taking a guess that that's the problem). UPDATE: I just made a separate thread for it. Though slightly off topic from your title, I want to point out that the gigantic SRB's are extremely good now as well ^-^. ... MOAR POWAH!

Engine "cannot activate while stowed"

I've gotten this as a problem when building fairings around an engine for aesthetics. Is there a way to edit the config file to fix this? -

I guess the main reason I didn't make a separate forum post was because I didn't want to take the credit away from EVE, as this is pretty much completely dependent on it. You really think it's good enough to need it's own thread? -
K! So it appears as though the current release TextureReplacer works perfectly fine with KSP v1.0.3. WOO! Also note that I updated WindowShine and it now works with TR and 1.0.3 as well. LINK!

Fixed it! Luckily that was the only thing that needed updating. WindowShineTR-v.8 (Dropbox) UPDATE: If you already downloaded v.8 please re-download it again - I updated the Mk1-2 pod's windows to look way better.

Did you flip the image vertically? When you cross convert from a DDS or PNG you need to flip the image vertically. I have no clue why but you need to. EDIT: I'll give a speedy report as to if TR is compatible with 1.0.3 in a bit.

Okay. I've been reading through every page but I can't find the 1.0.2 release that you all have been talked about. Is it this one? If not could some one please shoot me a quick link? Alewx is this the release you are talking about or is this an older one? XD EDIT: It appears as though this is the current release. -

Fairing Plus - Toggle the over-head fairing spread!

Hello, Avera9eJoe here. I suggest for someone to make a plugin which allows users to toggle the fairing spread that occurs when hovering over/near fairings in editor. Now this might sound silly but keep reading. Currently if you want to see what the fairing looks like, you need to zoom out to the point that details are lost completely, and move your mouse to the far corner of the screen (meaning you cannot edit the surrounding parts). It seems as though there isn't a mod that does this yet and I'm sure many builders would find this option very, very useful when trying to perfect fairing shape, match parts to fairings, build engine nacelles, build nosecones, fuselages, and all the other ingenious things people do with fairings. On the more serious note though, please someone make this a thing. I have little doubt it would become an important tool to builders. - Avera9eJoe EDIT: I would even be happy for a plugin that just plain removed the spread. It would be more useful in my honest opinion.
