Aha! This is exactly how I prefer my kerbals too . There was a Kerbal suit pack that had three suits for the three types on kerbals. I think they only worked on the original four but I can't remember. I'd link you if I wasn't on mobile haha. They might still be tagged 'new' in the texturereplacer archive.

Huh. If you're pushing the limits of your computer, the extra memory used by loading up these textures might crash you on load... I wouldn't think that would happen though as KSP's memory usage has practically halved since 0.90. Are you crashing directly after the loading bar finishes?

Yeah I was noticing that! I'm not sure if it's the texture or if KSP was being strange but, I'm not against.

Speaking of dds conversions, Proot I would love to convert all your images to .dds and send them to you if that would save time. I know the tricks to optimizing them. Here's some proof that I know what to do.

All of Endraxial's textures are twice the resolution of the stock textures. I half sized all the planet textures making them the default resolution (I couldn't see any noticeable difference on my 22" 1920x1080 monitor) with the exception of Kerbin, which I left as 4k (Kerbin is far more detailed then the rest of the planets so it's resolution is noticeably better). That's really all the changes I did other than converting them to .dds (meaning flipping them vertically and saving as .dds with correct optimizing). I also didn't include gilly in that download. I'm thinking of making a full resolution upload though. Yes no?

Alrighty! I've gotten Endraxials permission to post my edits and .dds conversions of his original planets. I've converted all planet textures to optimized .dds images. No resolution downscale. Download: Endraxial planet conversions (dropbox) View on Imgur (a lot easier to see) Enjoy~

I've just added a "shadow" layer to the kerbin1 cloud texture (I copied the layer, made it black, and added it in a lower layer ten pixels shifted over. It doesn't look bad at all!) in the current release so if anyone wants a version with a shadow PM me. XD -

Those are amazing! I'm sadly a completely stock part individual for my main play. If you flip to around page 10 you can see what I did in the past in recreating these launchers. I did solid colors on procedural fairings and they looked and worked extremely well .

Do you think you could put slower gimbals in a separate download? I run stock and I would put the fix to good use. And a suggestion that might help with SAS wobble would be to make reaction wheels start weak and gradually speed up to normal levels over ons second. It would simulate real reaction wheels in the least haha. Could that be useful at all? -

Hey Shaw, I updated and shrunk Endraxial's planets to make them work more efficiently post 1.0. I converted all the textures to optimized .dds images and shrunk all planet textures other then Kerbin to half the size (Meaning made them default resolution, expect Kerbin which is 4k- the visual impact is negligible). Should I post them here? Or is that "copying" too much? I'm giving all original credit to Endraxial.
