I know this thread has been inactive, but I don't want to see SkyRender live in ashes. If I can become a streamer on here, I would be pleased. (I do have the streaming software, I know how stream keys work, I know how to play KSP, and I WANT TO HELP.) If you will add me to the roster, we can hopefully work out a schedule and you can PM me the stream key.

Please do so! We definitely need more streamers, as a lot of us have been inactive with our streaming (homework and other scheduling issues for most, mic problems with me).

I wish I could say that things are getting better, but they're kind of getting worse. The housing budget for temporary lodging is going to run out on us on the 22nd of this month, and we still haven't been able to secure an apartment. The job hunt has similarly been moving slow, although it's still been more successful than it ever was when we were living up in Portland. I'm honestly not sure what we're going to do if we haven't secured a place to live by that cut-off date...

Which is a very big reason why we still need donations, guys. This situation isn't going away, and unfortunately we've hit a wall at $500 of donations. If you can't donate, please at least spread the word somehow, it will help more than you know.

I just started playing World of Warships today, and thought "Hey, why not stream it?!" So today I'll be doing a hopefully long stream of World of Warships promoting Project Phoenix. Things have gotten exponentially worse. My father has spent a sizable chunk of the repair budget given to us by the insurance company on an RV for himself, and we cannot make him repay it since technically that money was his to spend. Without that money, we cannot fix the house. We're really in a pickle now...

Ok, this means business. I'm going to set up a 24/7 live stream soon with reruns, and live gameplay. Feel free to message me if you have a video for the stream. I likely won't have it set up until tomorrow, though. Could we possibly hand off to people at different times in the stream with the pain that is Open Broadcaster?

SkyRender, I feel so very very bad for you; but your own father - I know he's old, but he served as the direct catalyst for the fire; he caused it, and he ruined your life!! :huh: He has crossed the line this time!!! Now he has destroyed all hope. Theres one last resort; REVENGE!!!

No, revenge is not an acceptable solution. He is mentally ill; he needs help, not suffering. Also, he would just find a way to become even more vile if someone did enact some form of revenge on him. The best thing we can do is encourage him to get the help he needs and cut him off from our lives, which is what we have done.

It's okay Render. ;) I hope your house gets repaired; you REALLY REALLY need a home. It's a good thing you cut your dad away from your life - and no offense to you or anything, but I think your mom should divorce him

Repairing the house has proven impossible; we'd need far too much money, and dad would just stake a claim in it since he technically co-owns it with mom. Right now we're focusing on getting a place to rent instead. With the help of a friend from Texas moving up here soon, we'll be able to afford it between the three of us.
