Kerbals recently sent an interplanetary spaceship, hoping they could go far.

The probe suddenly encounters a kraken, and the probe crashes back on Kerbin at 99% the speed of light. It has a note saying:

"Return to sender"

 

I have a probe around Vall. It is currently mapping Vall. It has already mapped Tylo and Laythe, and it's next missions are mapping Bop and Pol.

You suddenly realise that in the Vall reality there is no Tylo, Laythe, and Pol.
There are only only Bop, Tyllo, Llaythe, and Poll. Orbiting round a Jooll.

You try to get to Bop before it becomes Bopp.

I attempt to eat mine the Mun.

The ore turns out to be incredibly volatile, and causes a 10 giganewton explosion as soon as it is extracted from the ground.

And you don’t have enough boosters. Which then RUD due to not having enough struts

I launch a reusable booster to land at the above poster’s space center so he has enough boosters

Your rescue kerbals forget to switch SCE to AUX.

I build a replica of the Falcon Heavy.

(If it's four Falcon 9's, shouldn't it be the Falcon 36?)

I get a Minmus base to Minmus and I strap it. on the ground wit 10 (!) ground anchors.

Fun fact: something actually ruined the mission, it was the ground anchors popping off the ground.

Also, ice camp melts.

I go to Bop to awaken the Kraken to get help for King of the Hill and Steal the Cookie.
