KSP's Kraken revealed by Google's Deep Dream

I was playing with G's image psychedelifying neural-network, and added a few KSP pics too out of curiosity. The results were relatively dull compared to what it did to other source materials, but it revealed the otherwise invisible kraken as it tears a ship apart. Thought I share it with you.

So I guess the kraken isn't just "the" kraken but there are tons of krakens!

I suspect that it's a multidimensional entity that's drawn by velocity, time-distortion and part clipping.

Maybe it materialized in avian forms because of the atmosphere.

the real image is so horrifying our minds substitute cute harmless water-fowl in only slightly menacing poses to preserve our sanity. without this important psychological coping mechanism filtering reality we would see the true form of the Kraken and be reduced to drooling, twitching wrecks.

its the same reason why we cant see our giant alien overlords or the pillars holding up the false sky over our heads.

does this forum have an accepted mechanism for conveying sarcastic or facetious intent? like a specific text color or the 'false BB code' trick?

So multiple krakens or one kraken in multiple places?

pretty sure it's multiple krakens in one place. einstein never saw this coming....

EDIT: and by "one place" i mean literally occupying the same space at the same time.

This must be why there are bird sounds in the Space Center but there doesn't seem to be any birds. They are invisible to all but the most etherial cameras.

Confirmed. I also spotted a few bugs too.

[/Sarcasm], </sarcasm>, ;) or  small text  are all used occasionally.

Neat image, I'll have to try one.

It roughly is what I imagined the Void Aether in the Warhammer 40K universe would look like. Untold horrors and mind bending creatures that prey on the unsuspecting souls that do not realize they are already lost.

Ha ha! These are amazing! Do you specify what you want the program to 'look' for? I have run out of likes..

There are a couple of options, I'm not exactly sure what they do, but it just seems to look for anything.

Whoops.  Shouldn't have summoned the kraken...

Not necessarily the entire universe, but at least the warp for sure!

Apparently the term Void is not as synonymous with the Immaterium, Warp or Aether as I thought, though that is exactly what I meant.
