kiwinanday
@Vladokapuh If it's not transparent, you can't see through it in IVA ;-)
Jeb-head-mug kerman
Well done on the update! This is probably one of the most usefull aircraft mods out there! (I follow you! For this!) Thetaobera
This request is probably below your ability, but I would love an equilateral triangle, trapezoid and a squared parallelogram.

I may have an idea, there's a mesh outside and inside, just like mine. The outside mesh is facing outside when viewed from IVA, therefore it's completely transparent (back of meshes are transparent). The inside mesh of the glass faces the IVA and has to be transparent to see outside. Was an idea I wanted to try but didn't proceed because lighting animation will only occur in cockpit lights since it has the lights in IVA, therefore, the visor glass won't light up, which kinda ticks me off. So I made the visor completely transparent. I'm still not sure if that would work, but I'm guessing it will. If people want it to be non-transparent outside, I can try making it like that. Tex_NL
After the success of my little Bell 47 I've started building bigger choppers and found the Beluga engine seriously lacking. The 'engine' fits nicely on a 2.5m or mk2 fuselage or tank. But anything that even remotely resembles a helicopter quickly outweighs the Beluga's lifting capabilities. The bare bone passenger chopper below doesn't even have fuel yet, the tanks are dry, and it's already seriously overweight. And the blades look too short. I would really like to see the the engine power increased to 100 and the blade diameter extended by about 50%. A larger tail rotor would be an added bonus. Using the Gemini is only a partial solution. The blades and housing don't fit the 2.5m/mk2 that well and it is WAAAAAAAY too powerful for a craft this size. Edit: I manually edited the Beluga to produce a max thrust of 100 and it makes it oodles more useful. But it remains small. blackheart612
@Tex_NL Yes, the solution will be the plan to add the Mi-8 rotors. I've started to develop rotors again, and I know it will be a pain with all these small parts. But it's gonna be awesome. I've developed the coaxial rotors first. By the way, most rotors are intended to be Mk-1 anyway.
blackheart612
Has anybody seen the CFM56's reverse thrust? It's absolutely fantastic (looks like a flower). Now I have to try and make it. I'll use stock animation modules for this one, just like Goliath but sized as 1.25m.
FlyHighAviator
You're gonna implement A320 engines? Damn! Now i can finally make a real airliner... But do you have any idea when the release date is gonna be? 1 hour ago, blackheart612 said: Has anybody seen the CFM56's reverse thrust? It's absolutely fantastic (looks like a flower). Depends on how much work I'll get done and how fast I can do em By the way, this is 1.25m sized. It's planned to go with the Airliner parts. blackheart612
@FlyHighAviator It's about my regular pace. I just fail sometimes at testing stuff but things often get patched on next release if I missed anything. @XOC2008 Can't say that didn't cross my mind. Definitely possible I'd like to see it. @Tex_NL The Coaxial is for Mk1 as well. I just think helicopters should mostly be Mk-1 for some reason. But the Mi-8 will surely be sized for Size 2. Would you be doing the older rounded version or the newer MATSh version with the longer nose? And can't wait to see it either way!
FlyHighAviator
@blackheart612, no problem for me, but are your parts tweakscale compatible?
blackheart612
@XOC2008 Probably the regular one for a clear view Size 2 cockpit, if I were to choose. @FlyHighAviator It's been asked before, It's not compatible. And so far, I'm not planning to make it as well. But people can post configs here if they want, or just ask for permission if they want to make a patch in a different thread. I'm gonna be up for it either way.
mechanicH
@blackheart612 First of all i just want to thank you for all your hard work...i have been using this mod extensively and i very much enjoy building aircraft. I have a small request ....IF possible could you please implement TweakScale to your parts so i can resize them to my needs. I have very many aircraft that would greatly benefit from your part selection, but the down side it that they do not fit the size criteria i need. So if you would have time in your future releases, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you again very much.

XOC2008
It's not hard to make the parts Tweakscale compatible, or make a custom Tweakscale patch for the parts themselves. Either go into the cfg file for the part and add at the bottom, BEFORE the closing bracket: MODULE { name = TweakScale type = stack (or free) } OR you can create a custom tweakscale cfg to put in the main Airplane+ folder, name it for example APlus_Tweakscale.cfg and add in the following lines per part you want compatible: @PART[partname found in each part's cfg] { %MODULE[TweakScale] { type = stack (or free) } }

That could be your way in. Edited January 18, 2017 by Tex_NL
