It has Neuromods that you install into your brain. They rewire the connectome to instantly learn new skills such as speaking foreign languages, playing the piano like a world-known maestro, and potentially much more. It also has some of the most stylish art I’ve seen in games: Spoiler Edited August 29, 2020 by sh1pman

One of them that seems most relevant is Rats, Bats, and Vats, where some aliens show up and offer a brain-boosting implant to some humans. Most of the humans decline, but it is is used on a woman who was profoundly disabled. They also use the technology to uplift to sentience the "rats" and "bats" of the title. Funny thing, though, it turns out that anyone who has one of these chips in their brain is automatically unable to disobey commands from or act against the interests of the aliens who provided the technology..... Nationalism-driven sycophancy for the data-collection-driven corporations "on you side" does it perfectly well without any brain implants. kerbiloid
They have ensured that a monkey is able to do that, now they want to check if a human is able too. P.S. Reminded me of that meme that asked what if we used 100% of the brain, and then the "we are not the same" meme right after. I didn't bother trying to edit text onto the picture, but here's my janky version. Spoiler You use 100% of your brain because your body needs it to function. I use 10% of my brain because I'm traning AI. We are not the same. Edited October 17, 2023 by Spaceception It's brain, not bran
