Vanamonde
Was babysitting my nephews once and heard this song. I still catch myself humming it sometimes. That was around 25 years ago.

There's only one that I can think of to truly get you back for that...
Vanamonde
Schoolhouse Rock was frikken awesome. I was over their target demographic age, but liked them anyway. And I can still sing the Preamble to the Constitution. Not in tune or anything, but still.
LordFerret
@Just Jim & @Vanamonde I too remember these; Schoolhouse Rock indeed was awesome... that's what happens when adults sit there and watch kids cartoons with them lol. Because of its infectious nature, that's one of the reasons I avoided Sesame Street like the plague. Mind you, this has all been replaced most recently by Маша и Медведь (Masha and Bear). But without further ado, permit me to purge all of those notes and chords from your minds and pass on the wisdom of David Bromberg... from the Reckless Abandon album (the entire thing of which, is awesome)..... Green Baron
Something similar to Schoolhouse Rock was broadcast in Germany in the 70s called "Sendung mit der Maus" with a very catchy jingle. Today i have Mike Batt & Friends, Imbecile in my mind. It came over me in the shower :-) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjNUPhIrt24 Edited November 2, 2017 by Green Baron

I have days where I whistle the Maus tune too Or the Löwenzahn tune. Bet you know what I am talking about. And hey, btw, I think they still air the Maus to this day. LordFerret
Gotta love FM, especially cruising in the car, like just now when this spun up...Jeffrey Osborne - Stay With Me Tonight (Original 1983 Extended Version) And that screamin guitar solo, that's Brian May! Quote May was appointed a Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 2005 for "services to the music industry and for charity work".[9] May was awarded a PhD[3][4] in astrophysics from Imperial College London in 2007 and was Chancellor of Liverpool John Moores University from 2008 to 2013.[10] He was a "science team collaborator" with NASA's New Horizons Pluto mission.[11][12] He is also a co-founder of the awareness campaign, Asteroid Day.[13] Asteroid 52665 Brianmay was named after him. May is also an animal rights activist, campaigning against the hunting of foxes and the culling of badgers in the UK.[14] - Wikipedia So, like, science rocks!
