so there is no LOI or TEI burn requirement at all.

Probably three, but they are going to use just one right now just for testing, i assume.

Europe’s ATVs have names, as did all of Apollos. Reusability isn’t even a requirement for that.

A full sized prototype with full fuel tanks could very nearly make orbit...I suppose they don't have the cooling system installed on this prototype, though.
