IDK they positioned themselves in a very interesting way, could still just be because it DOES look better with yellow in front but it just feels off in some way. 9 hours ago, JoeSchmuckatelli said: It may get exciting for them after they land... Depending on how carefully they chose they're words (and how much they care) the trip after their spaceflight might be just as interesting. DDE
Yes, they snuck in the coveralls onboard and somehow ditched the original ones, uh-huh. The "Baumanets" branding, as well as calling MS-21 "S.P. Korolev" both hapenned in January. I looked into that because Sergei Pavlovich's national self-identification is another matter of Rule 2.2b. Beccab
Trying to say it as apolitical as possible, one theory is that this was because yesterday was in the Kremlin's original plans the day to celebrate the successful completion of... that... which has instead yet to happen as those... targets... haven't been reached. However, since you can't easily switch the flight suits for something different (as well as probably isn't worth the effort) they still flew with those suits which results in the explaination given by the astronauts being "we had too much yellow fabric"

Besides, if they wanted to do political signalling on the ISS, three pieces of white tape would be a whole lot more specific.

Now I expect them to use pressure suits during docking, even if unlike dragon they have an orbital module docking. and an lock between. Dragon might have an second hatch but its close to the docking port.

"No refunds" is the rule of the game this year, apparently. I could list quite a few services and companies who acted in a similar fashion. ...although to be fair, OneWeb was already pretty much the last commercial customer Roscosmos had anyway. DDE
Interesting remarks from Roscosmos press secretary. They talk as if the only obstacle for retrieving Kazachok is the disruption of air transport. Also, they admit that the module's systems will be too aged to use it in the next attempted launch campaign. https://ria.ru/20220323/mars-1779550453.html
