Remapping screenshots folder

I take a lot of screenshots, and often I have to move all the files to another drive before it fills up my C drive.  Is there a  way to set it up so they automatically go to a different location than the internal screenshots folder?

I don't know if you can within the game, and I'd assume that Steam screenshots could be remapped, but I've never tried.   But if all else fails, running a simple .bat file to copy and delete the screenshots folder should do the trick.  Although, it might run into numbering issues, as I don't know if KSP remembers that last screenshot number taken, or if it just adds one to the last one in the default folder, and you might end up with duplicate file names in the destination folder.

It goes off the highest number in the folder.  So if you remove all the pictures, it starts over at 1.

You could probably set up a task to run a bat file that moves everything automatically once a day after creating a timestamp named folder.

The game does not remember numbers.

As always, LGG to the rescue.

In reading that article, it seems we would create a link to the destination folder for the SS's, and the game would think it's sticking them in the default folder, but actually it's putting them in the destination folder?  Or am I reading that wrong?

You could also try using Link Shell Extension which allows for the creation of symbolic links (and more) through explorer's right click menu.
