Fateful me was re-loading my KSP because the first time my Kopernicus exploded and OPM didn't load.

Little did I know that my KSP volume was secretly, at 100%. As soon as I open the game....

This is why I almost always keep my appliances (incl. phones and laptops) at silent or vibrate only.

Shiina Mayuri from Steins;Gate.  She has so many that you can pick whichever one strikes a chord with you, personally, but my vote has to go with either the "first" one (at the end of episode 12) or the "last" one (at the end of episode 21).
