What sabatier means?

Presumably it's referring to the Sabatier reaction, which produces methane and water from carbon dioxide and hydrogen.  It's a theoretical way to get rid of built-up carbon dioxide while also producing more useful products (methane can be used as a fuel, and water has obvious uses).  I know a few different life support mods have a Sabatier Recycler unit for that purpose, including TAC Life Support.

wait  a moment, since those things also exhist in kerbalism; what's the difference between TAC life support and kerbalism life support?

I've used neither of them but I'm pretty sure TAC doesn't have all of the fancy radiation and Kerbal health stuff.

TAC, Kerbalism, and iirc USI Life Support provide several independent implementations of the life support equipment. Choose any or none.

Irl a Sabatier reactor is used in the "American" part of ISS to convert carbon dioxide into methane and vent it away.
In both ISS parts ("American" and "Russian") they use electrolysis to extract oxygen from storable water for breathing.

On Mars they (Zubrin, Musk, etc) plan to use the Sabatier reaction to produce liquid methane, from local carbon dioxide and imported or ice water, as fuel to return home.
KSPI-E mod has a methalox engine and some limited ability of the methane processing.
