Have you ever blown up the launch pad and other buildings for fun?

I did. It was fun. jest get a bunch of fuel, and cut the engines right after launch/ on top of the building you want to launch

I let loose Destructo on the KSC a few years ago, that took out most of the buildings with a bunch of jet powered rovers.

I set that up to see what would happen after I grabbed video of a single rover when it escaped its driver. That one only took out a couple of buildings and the unfortunate driver.

Oh yes. I've submitted a patent to destroy them easily but i'm still waiting for a reply

The real question you should be asking here is, “has anyone NOT destroyed the KSC because they thought it was funny?”

Me.... Though there was this random time a big asteroid sniped the KSC.

Have you not? I wish the fires burned for longer though. I once got a bunch of buildings with Kerbal Konstructs and blew them all up.

If you have not launched makeshift missiles of some sort at the KSC buildings, you're a better person than I.
