Ultim32
TBH, it looks like a Tweakscaled Starrider, combined with a Tweakscaled OV-100 Aft Fuselage and KJ-10 engines from SOCK, and 3 Tweakscaled SSME engines from RMM.

Astra Infinitum
For those who were waiting, sorry for the delay but I've been busy and just had my first day off in over 100 days so anyways, heres the TweakScale patch that I was supposed to post eons ago. Its updated and includes the new shuttle boattail and nosecone parts from last update Click the link and download it, and drop it anywhere in your GameData folder, but I'd drop it in the ORANGES folder or your own patch folder if you have one. The link is to my google drive shared file, its safe. ORANGES TweakScale Patch Download Link Have fun. You will need TweakScale....and...ORANGES installed to make use of this, obviously but theres always that someone so I just wanted to clarify. There's really not much use in turning an S-IVB into a space station either, but it's a cool concept and fun to build (and wetlabs ARE launch vehicles, that's why they're so big, 5m in this case). And also, people have been asking for, and occasionally kitbashing together, ET wetlabs for years, so it's about time we actually get the dedicated parts to make it. @EStreetRockets I would be willing to pay you to make this happen! It's a cool idea that Invader and I are definitely interested in. I'm not sure if it's a priority, as there is a wide variety of SDLVs and related projects we'd like to add to ORANGES. For the Orion SDHLV, there's already the BDB Kane stacked on top of an (empty if you're going for the replica, otherwise just put the LM inside) LM adapter in turn on top of an S-IVB so you could simply just make a BDB-sized engine mount for that. IDK if it's worth it though considering there's a whole lot of stuff for it that's already out there. The shuttle-Z is even easier: Use a fairing and cover up your (probably ugly-looking) payload with it. About that, I remember seeing a wide variety of Shuttle-C adapters on this thread Twitter once. Are these going to be added to the mod anytime soon? Would be nice to put an interstage directly onto the engine mount, without the huge payload bay. I'd just radially attach the ET stack to the engine mount.

I ask because I would like to make this and for it to look decent:

I originally tried ORANGES for your shuttle tank, I stayed for NLS. Are you interested in checking career mode costs? 3.75m and smaller NLS rockets seem way too costly vs stock and other mods. Some 3.75m interstage decouplers cost 15000 each in my game. Tanks are also overpriced IMO but to a lesser extent.

GoldForest
The new short cargo bay is great for making engine pods for an inline SDLV. And yes... I was overzealous with how much I thought it could lift. I tried lifting 160 tons, but ended up only lifting 60 tons to a lowish orbit. ~90 to ~110 (Give or take a few KM for both numbers) to a 45-degree orbit.
