LABHOUSE
Tested a duna rover on the mun. (Didn't want to spend too much on a test so went to the mun instead) It rcs lands and only uses about 2/3 of its fuel on mun so it should be enough for duna. xtoro
I'm on day 3 (in real life) of my never-ending flight around Kerbin using only electric engines and solar panels. The only mods used are Mechjeb and Firespitter.4 days, 5 hours, 22 minutes (Kerbal time)7,561,074 meters travelled, and all below 9000m altitude. Not sure how many times I've made it around the planet....I'm barely going faster than the sun, but it's almost directly over top of me now so I may have to slow down soon by about 1-2 m/s (older pic showing the craft) Edited September 25, 2014 by xtoro

Jovus
Landed unmanned probes on both Duna and Ike (leaving behind the transfer stage, with implementation, on a polar Duna orbit to act as a comm relay and a resource scanner). For the first time ever.Aside, aerobraking on Duna is tricksy, especially in FAR. You have to go low enough you might smash into a mountain!
xub313
I landed on Duna! I even landed within a kilometer of a probe from early in my career save.Javascript is disabled. bigyihsuan
I sent an Apollo-style mission to Duna. I ran out of electricity when ascending because I forgot the nuclear generators. I also docked exactly 5 times today.
Jovus
Did I mention I didn't pack landing legs? They wouldn't fit if I wanted to get the whole probe assembly inside a 2.5m fairing.

Overfloater
My Eve ascent vehicle has shrank, but so has it's range.Although 3,500m above sea level is no longer enough, the craft now starts to look like something you would put on a multiple-mission rocket. Can also ascend from 5,400m, but half of the jet-pack will be needed to finish circularizing.6,500 worked fine, so I didn't need to climb the whole 7,500m mountain =)

capi3101
Sent up the fourth lock to the Mere space station around Mun yesterday. While that technically finished out the station, I had decided a few days ago to go ahead and replace the first lock so that they'd all be uniform (and to balance out the mass - I plan to send the assembled station to Minmus when its Munar mission is complete), so I had Jeb dock to the port with Screwdriver 7 (the utility craft I used to send him up with some KAS parts that turned out to be unnecessary but lent itself to a cool spacewalk), undocked it and had him send it on a Munar impact trajectory. With Jeb's maintenance mission complete, I went ahead and sent him back towards Kerbin. Meantime I launched a replacement lock and got it on a course for Mun - the last piece of the station.Still need to try and figure out what's going on with the docking ports. Inquired to fixes about that yesterday on the forums; have not yet attempted to implement any fixes. While all this was going on, my latest 'tater catcher mission hit Kerbin periapsis, so I went ahead and watched it ride through to 45,000 meters in Kerbin's atmosphere. Its total orbital period is now about ten hours. I was going to go ahead and try to bring it down closer but it occurred to me that I really oughta try to make an effort to change the inclination of its orbit, which is best done at apoapsis of course (and the further away the better). I also want some practice using Claw's method for asteroid intercept and while this particular rock is definitely in a Kerbin orbit at this point I can still use the techniques discussed to bring some supply missions to the thing. All happened in rapid succession last night; I found myself having to switch back and forth between the missions one right after the other. Fun times. Just a word of challenge, no offense

It's a very tiny spot, but if you do hit it, it is still likely you would land on a slope. My other option is to make it a plane, so it could glide to the place.:-b

Just a word of challenge, no offense This craft should do that, using a very lightweight cockpit from a mod but uses two of them, 1+8 48-7S and 45 liter tanks some with extra fuel to keep twr around 1.8, then two 360 liter tanks with 4 engines who also work as an base, bottom will be pretty empty then I land. Not tested yet but its an variation of a design I have used before

Gets into orbit with with 1200 Delta-V left so I can still do a bit of travelling...
Bekiekutmoar
Directed a modest interplanetary vessel from Kerbin to the Jool system with Laythe as the main target. Gotta say proper aerobraking in the Jool system is a very long and risky proces with DRE and FAR installed. Eventually half of my ship got cooked, way too much fuel has been burned, but at least I've landed a plane on the northern hemisphere of Laythe. There are still some kerbonauts in orbit around Jool ... See if I can get 'em to Laythe as well.

Heading 8 or 9 degrees N or S of due west will lop off about 2 m/s from your westward velocity component, and let you explore more of Kerbin's surface. Liowen
I had trouble falling asleep last night because I had an idea floating in my head on something I want to do, while this is a very early design this ship will carry a crew of 10 on a special mission. It will also need a plane and lots of science containers....
