The Z-fighting that you usually get when you clip Mk3 fuselages together is very annoying, which is the reason I never showed any, so now that I've fixed that I just have to figure out how to put this... thing into orbit. It's around 36 40m in diameter, and I used the "short" Mk3 sections! Rune. I imagine it will involve lots of boosters. I have to try that! pTrevTrevs
@castille7 Here. Notice the red stars on the wings and tail, as well as the title "MiG-15". This is not, in fact, an F-86 Sabre, but rather a MiG-15.

Might want to make it slightly longer, at the moment it being so stubby looking makes it seem like a Yak-30 except for rudder placement. Just add another fuel tank, and clip it about half way into the previous fuel tanks to make it about long enough, cheers! I love the MiG-15, great plane really. Thingymajigy
This was supposed to be a glorified falcon 9 ~ish rocket. Ended up SSTOing 50 tonnes to 80x80 orbit and landing with 100dv left Has 7 vectors, uses 3 to land Oddly, the only way to re-enter without overheating is to deploy landing legs and induce a flat spin. Yes they should be hard points and I wish they did't release from both ends, it should only release the item attached. I may add them for looks. Also I don't emphasize too much on replication. My Tomcats are S7 so there will be many differences, one will be a Rapid Fire Cannon that will be introduced with the projects release. MrMeeb
Today I had a look at making a trailer for a rover I'd just designed. Thinking of how I did it, I looked back to @Majorjim using the antenna for a rotating joint, and built from there. The result was a highly effective, simple to use trailer hitch, made from some control surfaces and antenna: Here's a video of it in action in a use I'd call 'practical': I learnt that the best way to stop the trailer wobbling behind me is to really keep on the controls, and just use the front wheels to steer. Once you get into the swing of it, it's very easy to use. And here's a video of me really testing the concept, in a less practical use: It found that it worked really really well here, and I was hardly maxing out the limit of the rover. It always managed to get up to speed, even without extra power from the trailers. Perhaps I can look into some heavier payloads. But yeah, ROAD TRAINS Edited June 19, 2016 by MrMeeb
