NASA IXS Class Warpship, and Spacedocks - For KSP-I and Stock KSP

Finally got around to putting all the major stuff on my space station around Kerbin. :)

Still working on research to unlock alot of the IXS parts though.

But I was wondering, is it possible to make the lights on the spacedocks turn on and off?

Oh, and of course I have picture. :D

As some others previously in the thread, I can't get the Quantum Vaccum thruster to work. I'm using KSPI, non-lite.

The new interstellar release changed way some nodes work - just copy+paste the new module node and the effects node from the large MPD

I see. Do I have to delete anything from the IXS class? And what is the MPD? Haven't done much interstellar.

EDIT: Aha, it's an engine. I also notice that the main-hull says something about Thorium deprived or something. I'm guessing I forgot to put an IXS part that contains it?

It might seem somewhat redundant, but is it possible to have both Interstellar version and Stock version installed at the same time?

I tried and everything works except for the reactor section which is always the KSPI one, even if you used the Stock reactor version in VAB. :(

Yes but with stock the warp drive isn't a warp drive. Its just a really efficient engine I think. We're all waiting with bated breath to see if Roverdude warp tech can be incorporated into this mod. I suggest you wait and see.

for some reason i dont get the command pod texture in stock version, its just a blank solid. all other parts work however. excited for first launch. anyone have tips on getting an IXS into orbit?

You need a big lifting stage(s).

On another note, whenever I tried to fire up the main engine to move the IXS the ship would start flipping out, and it would not stop turning with the engine on, even at minimal power. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Same problem here.

EDIT: First I replaced the part from the stock version through the Command Pod Standalone, didn't work. Then I replaced it through the Interstellar part and now the textures are visible.

EDIT2: And now it stopped working again, I didn't change a thing. It's the only part where this happens.

Much sadness discovered after building a 2.5kT Minmus ore miner only to find the engines doing this to me :(

Using the Stock KSP Version and latest version of Firespitter.

I don't think theres really any reason it couldn't, I've already ported things in KSP plenty of times and unless i'm missing something, it only requires copy-paste in the cfg file.

Not quite. Missing animations, transforms, and all that jazz, and of course no bubble. Haven't heard from the OP (I expect my suggestion RE some kind of collaboration got buried in other posts).
