Granted already .Command seats can eject kerbals and a decoupler and separatron can eject a command chair. But your plane crashed into the mountain before you ejected.

Granted. You can now refuel rockets in flight, but the only thing fast enough is another rocket, costs are astronomical, the CoM is off balanced, and air pressure rips the hose off half the time.
