those are actually pretty nice. From what I heard it sounded like they'd just put all the old 3d arc assets up.

I don't know why you are confused. If it's a dependency then it's a dependency. There are a lot of reasons to require - and thus bundle - Community Resource Pack. In this instance, it's for the liquid hydrogen resource. EDIT: Apologies for the snap. Let some IRL mood carry over to the forum. We basically have the functionality of the CryogenicEngines mod embedded in order to better balance our hydrolox engines.

Last I saw no one was looking into it due to some serious changes that needed to be made as a result of the Unity updates. Even if it's just something on you do-do list it would be most appreciated.
-
You could do Scout or Vanguard if you don't mind the upper stages being even smaller... same for Diamant, for that matter. They're all over-scaled in BDB.
-
Sure thing! In any case, working from a 3D reference - NASA's or mine - is very helpful for understanding a complex shape like the LEM.
-
@linuxgurugamer I know its unrelated, and I don't know if anyone has asked you, but is there any chance that you would consider updating KRONAL Vessel Viewer? Its hard for us over at BDB to update our manual without it.
-
@Shadowmage my LEM is on a 1K atlas and is already a mere 4 parts. Feel free to use it as a base, I can shoot over source files.
-
wouldn't be worth it. They usually have high polycounts, aren't structured in a way that makes them fit together with parts, and they're usually pretty ugly.
-
I'll have to ask @e of pi or @Workable Goblin about that. The drawings as well as the chapters that describe it refer to the J-2S as singular. I know that the wiki wasn't solely maintained by them. Sounds like something that might have been quietly retconned. In any case, it would be a useful configuration to have. But don't hold your breath for it. Something like that would require all new modeling and textures...
-
No, it doesn't. It's still a single J-2S. I mean, some of them (the geiger counter, magnetometer, micrometeoroid, and the cameras) use DMSA which just got an update (actually, we need to update it on our Github...) but I don't know. Does it happen on a clean install with just stock + BDB + its dependencies..? EDIT: Also, @minepagan's first pass at rebalancing the BDB tech progression is now up on Github. If anyone is interested, drop it into a stock game and play through the first few tech levels and see how it feels.

Good thing there's plenty of Skylab images for you to post Yeah, I made the 1.875m MOL one into one but overwrote my gamedata folder from the version on Github, thinking I had already uploaded it. It's still updated with the multiple meshes in Unity, I just have to re-export it and rewrite mesh switching lines for the part cfg. I don't believe so. BDB IVAs are on a volunteer basis, and our volunteer was working on redoing the CSM interiors completely before he suffered some hardware issues that reset his progress. FYI: Multibody uses the S-IVC (In the M43 or H03 configurations) or the S-IVB (M02 and all others). Are you talking about ETS Saturn II? In which case, I never actually said I'd DO that.

DMagic has been developing a custom plugin for SEP - NOT based on his ModuleScienceAnimate. Look through the preceding pages, I think there's some screenshots / more info. For my part, I looked at the current parts in Unity and made some tweaks to their colliders to hopefully make them better. I didn't have time to test them tho - OneDrive decided the best way to sync my KSP install (I have a 1tb student account that I work off of, since I switch between desktop and laptop daily) was to delete everything from the non-SEP folders first, then crash...
