  1. Looking at the cost of those elements (Google), unless you got a bulk discount price, that's one pricey jacket you're talking... and you'd better get your polarities right! lol
  2. A Rover you say? They'd do better with the Tesla Toothbrush before even thinking of venturing near PickEmUp trucks.
  3. Well that doesn't sound so good. Hope it's nothing serious. So how did your adventure go? I noticed on the news that you had some extreme heat in that part of the country; How did you fare with that?
  4. And then you get out to the pad and realize you forgot to do the staging..........
  5. Allow me to help lol. What better music for space exploration?
  6. Just in time to hit F12? F1 takes the screenshot, yes?
  7. What's new, is old. What's old, is new. I expect to see Kerbals wearing bell-bottom jeans in the next release.
  8. Uhm... I do, quite successfully usually. A little approximate math doesn't hurt tho.
  9. No no no... the wheels / landing legs aren't sliding. The planet / moon beneath them is rotating!
  10. Studied violin for a number of years, and some classical acoustic guitar. That was another life ago though. My grandfather was a concert violinist... my original inspiration. All of my friends, past and present, are either professional musicians (some famous) or have such in their family (some famous). I have no idea how or why my life worked out that way, it just did.
  11. I can tell few of you have spent enough time hanging around engineers. Theirs is a vastly different world. Lesson #1: Never ask them to explain anything.
  12. That's not very hard to do, especially considering all you need do is right-click the asteroid and have it display its center of mass - X marks the spot - aim for it... and the Claw can adjust for it. I've never had a problem pushing asteroids in or out of orbit. At worst, it just takes a little patience and planning in course adjustments.
  13. Stack Exchange is a newer web based thingie - a conglomeration of stuff. Never used it. Programmers Heaven has been around since like the early 90's, and if I recall correctly, was a magazine before that.
  14. Well if you're going to go Disco, you'd better take it back home where it all started ... the club scene in Philly, NJ & NYC baby. I doubt many here are old enough to remember it. Cue the lights... fade to House. I somehow managed to survive the era. Rock & Roll forever.
  15. NO! Disco is dead. Let it stay dead and buried... do man and Kerbalkind the favor.
  16. I think most put feelers out or advertise as such elsewhere, like Google groups or maybe Yahoo groups. If you're looking for a more serious lot, try maybe Programmers Heaven.
  17. Do you remember 'SuitSat'? We tried to catch its signal, but were unsuccessful.
  18. We'll be tracking that for the next 100 years.
  19. Pretty spiffy software, it looks like it's ripped right out of SimCity. Then there's the question of the overhead this would add to KSP, attempting to fly around KSC with this massive city loaded up. Any ideas of the impact it would present on the game in that respect?
