1. Great news this is up and running! I'm new to RO so it will be quite a ride for me. At least I don't have to worry about memory limits anymore Oh, and I noticed that the ROreadme included with the install is really old and outdated. I think it needs some attention, so newcomers like me can get to the proper FAQs and whatnot.
2. AutoPruner is really awesome XD I maintain an up-to-date(I hope) prune list pack so if you guys from RO and RP-0 want me to add anything to the pack feel free to comment in the thread! Thread link is in my signature.
3. Alright, thanks. This means I've got a little more waiting to do. I hope to get my hands on it soon enough
4. I'm new to RO and I want to ask something. RO is just a pack of standalone mods put into one for easy access, if I understand correctly, so am I correct in assuming that I can get individual mods from each mod's thread to get the same functionality? This is because I want to try out RO so bad now with 64bit, and just can't wait. If there is something original to RO included that I can't get just by going through the included mods separately, please tell me so.
5. oh well I should just go and check everything myself...
6. I get no clouds for some reason, using 1.0.5 kopernicus 0.6.3 and the latest 1.0.5 version of SVE, which is 0.5.7. Do you have any ideas what I may be doing wrong? Just some common mistakes I can check.
7. Gosh you've got the Deadly Reentry heatshields all messed up :S Seems you are working on a overhaul for the tree so I'll just go and fix this for myself now. I hope we see the overhauled version soon enough
8. I think I'm really late to notice this but it seems Useful Space Stations pack no longer exists and the thread is now this one... Does this mean that the functionality was merged with the Kerbin Space Station pack + some new stuff to create this new pack?
9. Seems you made a mistake when updating the Download link, it shows the entire URL embedded within the word Download.
10. We seriously need an update of this mod!! I'm now finally trying to convert from 1.0.4 to 1.0.5 and now I come to find there's a reported serious issue with this. I'm pretty sure my mod set won't work without this so I hope it gets fixed. If it doesn't I'll have to wait again for KSP 1.1 to come.
11. I think this thread should have Real Plumes and Hot Rockets written as a recommended mod in the first post so it's easier for everyone. Since it's pretty much required now if you don't go on to make your own effects which most probably won't do.
12.
Real Fuels supports custom configuring of fuel tanks. Including hydrogen and oxygen in either gaseous or liquid form (as defined by the Community Resource Pack) So if fuel cells are configured to use those resources, then yes.
I guess the question was, are you willing to make it any time soon?
13. So with the new engines added in 1.0.5, I hope you're making configs for those too. Maybe push those alone out so you don't have to delay it too much, with so many other planned features you seem to be working on.
14. I assume you're using StockAlike engine pack? If that's the case you need to get RealPlume AND it's dependency SmokeScreen. I also went through the same thing but ultimately turned out I forgot to install SmokeScreen.
15. Try picking up RealPlume, probably that should do exactly that and more. Don't forget it's dependency SmokeScreen too.
16. I've checked inside the output log file before, that time with a different issue but I don't remember seeing any logs related to this in there, so I think this particular issue doesn't leave a log in the outputlog.
17. This has not been answered by anybody in this thread, and seems to be forgotten. Please take a look at this problem since this happens all the time, and the issue is obviously there. I have brought this here again since there was a report from another person in the RF thread reporting the exact same issue with KER, and in that same thread Starwaster gave an answer saying it most likely is a KER issue and not RF's. It would be great if this could be taken a look at. The post I am talking about is here: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/64118-1-0-4-Real-Fuels-v10-6-1-Sep-9?p=2259532&viewfull=1#post2259532
18. ok then... I'll try posting in the KER thread again. But since it was not answered before, it might not be brought to attention just by doing so. It would be nice if in that case somebody within RF's development team could notify them of this.
19. Exactly as blowfish said. But as a side note, you can go into the RF folder and edit the RealSettings.cfg and set "Use realistic mass" to false if you want to use Kerbin optimized masses.
