KIS will allow all stock parts to technically be manipulated via KIS. But apparently the way the stock struts work, they cannot be connected "properly" as struts via KIS. -

Stock struts don't work. Get the corresponding KAS mod and use the struts from it. -
The thing is there isn't really any gameplay need to break out supplies to different parts, especially production. USI-LS is plenty complicated with MKS on the production side. Now, at the end of the day if you or anyone has a preference for one life support or another, that's great. It is awesome that there is choice. While I don't expect I will ever use Kerbalism, I am excited that another modder has put his hat in the ring so to speak. The only reason I keep harping on these issues is that while I don't have any issue with someone having their preferences, I don't like when people make arguments based off incorrect information.

Honestly not sure of the relevance of that statement. My only point is whether you look at life support as Food/Water/oxygen. or "supplies" doesn't really break immersion at least for me, much the way of thinking about the individual things that go into a meal vs a MRE would. Yea guessing that will be falling directly on ShotgunNinja's lap.

I guess that's where we differ. I have no immersion issue with "supplies". I think of it similar to how the military deals with troops. When planning for a deployment into the field, a military planner isn't going to say, that soldier is going out for x days, he is going to need this much of item 1,2, a fork etc. They say he's going to need X MRE's (the military analog to USI-LS supplies). Each MRe will have everything that soldier needs to prepare and eat his meal. The food, a heater packet, silverwear, a napkin etc.

Ok, was just throwing out the most common problem people have when my ability to mind read a users skill level fails -
You have 2 choices. 1. you have to inflate all modules prior to launching. The contract checks at time of launch, and since the inflatable show no crew capacity deflated it fails the check. Once you do this you can actually deflate them again and you don't lose the check for the contract. So yes even once landed at minmus your contract would complete without re-inflating the modules. So if you design can handle it, inflate, launch, deflate on the launchpad, fire engines 2. Say F it, hit ALT-F12 and force the contract complete. IMO I've satisfied the contract even if the system is being stupid.

To be fair I haven't used all features but I have used the misc tools and orbit tools.

@KerbalKyle45kk There are plenty of people who would be willing to help you, but you need to give some sort of useful information. So far nothing you have written has made enough sense for anyone to understand EXACTLY what your issue is. How about you start by writing out something other than fragmented sentences and include as much detail as possible. For example I am running KSP version XX, and I am trying to use mods X,Y,Z who's versions are XX, and the issue I am having is explained in detail "here". So far the closest you have gotten to this is: "well, im having trouble with my game files, the mods keep coming back, never-stopping @kiwi1960 1.0.4. i cant go back to this version. P.S 1.1.2 1228 " Which quite frankly makes zero sense. Also including screenshots can sometimes help.

Unlike roverdude I am far too lazy to balance my VTOLS. I have used the Karibou with TCA successfully many times. To be fair though I am just now starting to play since 1.1 came out so I haven't flown one yet in my new save. -
Just out of curiousity, I know the Karibou used to have clear glass (that was with RPM IIRC?). Neither the malemute nor Karibou seem to have that anymore. Not a big deal. I always liked being able to see through the glass although it kicked the crap out of the FPS when doing so.
