  1. Yes, if you see a zip file with a gamedata folder, you merge the contents of that gamedata folder into your current gamedata folder (this is not the only mod that has the gamedata folder at the root of the zip file). So your gamedata folder should look like 000_USITools 000_Toolbar . . . Magicsmokeindustries Umbraspaceindustries
  2. Yes the contents of gamedate go into the contents of gamedata.
  3. Seriously? It is likely he missed it, or at least by now doesn't even remember. Maybe at least a hint of your Space Train as a refresher would be in order.
  4. Unzip into gamedata is pretty much it. If you moved the location of anything beyond that you failed.
  5. Helps to read the OP. He was making fuel for his base. He never said it was a fuel making farm for LKO or anything. Also it is not that cut and dry re: Mun vs Minmus. If you are making fuel to bring back to LKO for example, Minmus has a lower dV to get into space. But the Mun has a much shorter transit time. The mun is also in the same plane, making rendevous with an LKO station far easier. Either way there are many factors at work that can influence Mun vs Minmus for Ore mining operations.
  6. Cool. Unfortunately I would have been excited if I hadn't watched your stream. But all I can think about now are Salvage Charges! (boom).
  7. Like the reverse? Open your inventory. Grab the item and in one motion drag it into your inventory.
  8. Really? Cause I have had the game crash due to running out of memory plenty and never did I get a message.
  9. Not sure what this would have to do with KAS. KAS is basically just a parts pack at this point. It has no ability to even remove items. That would be KIS. And even then this isn't a KIS issue. Its a debris on the ground issue for the most part.
  10. Yea he was saying you could figure it out yourself or be patient.
  11. Well it was all good until Rover told us what noms taste like...
  12. unlike TAC it's pretty easy to calculate LS duration. you can pretty much use 1 supply per kerbal per day.
  13. I didn't explain myself well enough. IMO we don'e need another "useless" part that only serves to unlock some functionality. It is also the reason I use Mechjeb for all, as I grew tired of having to add the MJ module to ships which served no real purpose other than to increase my part count by 1, given I already had to unlock the MJ functionality via the tech tree.
  14. Yea honestly, we have enough parts in this game. It can already be a challenge keeping part counts down at times.
  15. Yea those VTOL fans have a super slow reaction time. They are also long overdue for some balance with the new aero and heat changes.
  16. Well to be fair to the "rest", you suck at writing satire.
  17. Very likely because things need updates. If you look this mod was last updated in May. The Karbonite engines are overdue for a balance and it's likely these do too. Of course that is coming from someone who hasn't been able to use the K+ engines yet since 1.0.x.
  18. Mostly yes. It uses the stock engine but adds a resource called metal ore that can be made into rocket parts. But you can find it with stock parts etc.
  19. Well to be fair, this is overly simplified. We also sent men into space and the moon essentially after only a couple basic satellites. And if we want to talk career mode, if the powerhouse countries of the world put the amount of money into their space programs as they do into military programs, we'd probably be on mars already.
  20. By default it is determined by the weight/volume of the part. If it fits it can be stored.
  21. Do they really need to add "working on fixing bugs and crashes" into every annoucement? It's kind of a given. While they may have brought in Roverdude and others to make cool new features it doesn't mean the core Squad team isn't continuing to work on core parts of KSP, like unity 5 port, bug fixes etc.
