[1.12.x] Crew R&R - Crew Rest & Rotation
linuxgurugamer replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Lack of time, usually. An accompanying description is always useful. Video is useful for elaboration, but a video by itself is, more often than not, useless since I have to ask questions anyway. I'd rather get the questions asked and then look at a video to understand a description -
[1.12.x] Crew R&R - Crew Rest & Rotation
linuxgurugamer replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
This is something new in 1.12, I didn't realize you were referring to them disappearing while in the editor. I'll look into it, no ETA. Actually, I do. Things can't be fixed without bug reports, especially with mods. And yes, sometimes things don't get reported, in which case those things don't get fixed. -
Specifically, this image is currently 380x380. I would like to get it make larger (not just resized) to be a full 1920x1080. I am thinking of using this as an offline background for my Twitch screen, and possibly for my startup screen as well. If anyone would take up the challenge, I'd appreciate it. My thought were that towards the back of the room (BTW, that picture hanging on the wall at the top right is angled wrong) there would be a wall with either a shelf or a low cabinet with some models on it, kerbalized of course. Anyone interested? Linuxgurugamer

[1.12.x] Crew R&R - Crew Rest & Rotation

Ummm, this isn't a bug, why are you treating it as one? And, how would you like to be notified? And, how often would you like to be notified? You are literally the first person who ever had this complaint, about a mod which does exactly what you just described. If it's not what you are expecting, then don't use it.\ I suppose I could spend some of my (limited) time writing a window to show this, but then again, that would merely be duplicating what the Astronaut Complex shows. So I'm curious as to what you are expecting? Thank you, will get it fixed -

As I said, a can of worms. This mod was written long before there were science containers. With that in mind: What should it do when you click the “Collect All” button in the window, which is NOT associated with a part? Which part should it use? What happens if that part is full? What if there are multiple science containers on a craft, which could be separated by a docking port, decoupler or separator? And before you reply with what would appear to be obvious answers, keep in mind that a “Simple” answer can be quite hard to implement. Right now,, it works, abiotic with some annoying messages. So it isn’t a priority for me. Anyone who would be so inclined is able to make the changes and submit them to me for inclusion. I’ve accepted lots of submissions over the years, and am grateful for each one. I welcome a discussion on this, if a good consensus results that would make it easier for me to work with. Until then, I’m only one person, and only have so many hours during a week to work on mods.

[1.12.2] S.A.V.E Resaved - Automatic Backup System
linuxgurugamer replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
New release, 1.11.0.1 Added AssemblyVersion.tt Added InstallChecker Changed default log level for release to ERROR Added AsemblyFileVersion Regarding the logging, if you already had SAVE installed, you will need to manually change the saved log level in the configuration. At the MainMenu, follow these steps: Click the Configure button on the SAVE window On the first line below the word Configuration, click the log level you want. Suggested (and default for new installs) is ERROR Click Save Config -
What makes you say so? It's not the same. Actually, it is. Anything in orange is a warning, not an error. Actually in this case, just information. I copied a couple of them, they said: [PPD-12 Cupola Module]" Gravity Scan from space just above Kerbin's Grasslands Removed [PPD-12 Cupola Module]" Gravity Scan from space just above Kerbin's Shores Removed which is just saying that the data has been removed from the part. Anything in green is pure information, no error. And everything green there was simply saying that more data has been added to the part, as a result of the experiment I dont' see any problems in there related to this mod. I do see issues with some mod called "TheGoldStandard", seems that one of the parts has some mistakes, specifically this part: TheGoldStandard/Parts/GoldSmelter/GoldSmelter On a different note, which version of SAVE do you have installed?

You seem to like repeating yourself. Do you have anything constructive to say?
