  1. For the STS-3 mission, the description doesn't say anything about the disposition of the MMUs. I'm planning on bringing them back, does it really matter?
  2. New release, 0.1.1.1 Fixed nullref when vessel destroyed inflight
  3. I applaud your decision to not allow changes in flight. That just diesnt make sense, you can't remanufactured a tank on the fly. Does this support Xenon as a fuel?
  4. I dont expect any issue, except for the PluginDats, I know of at least one modder who uses that
  5. Just an FYI, this seems to work fine in 1.5.1, and probably will be fine in 1.6.1 as well
  6. Ok, thanks I'm reviving/adopting a mod which needs to know if any parachutes are deployed. It has code for RC, but was disabled. I want to tenable it, and need to understand how it works. Thanks
  7. I still wonder why they include the launcher, if it's still broken
  8. Thanks Ok, I see that, but I also see "AnyDeployed" Is there a difference between the two?
  9. @Starwaster Is there an API whereby I can check to see if: A. RealChutes is installed and B. Any parachutes are open?
  10. First off, kudos for getting this out. Second, very nice to see that there were only a few, not so significant bugs in 1.6. I've been playing in 1.6 for a few days, and haven't really come across any, possibly because I've been doing the double restart to fix the part database bug
  11. Need some help here. I'm making an MMU, which consists of a command seat with monoprop in front and back, and rcs jets on both. The monoprop in front is small (0.675) and the one in back is 1.25. First, I had to put an engine on it, even though it isn't needed (an Ant), otherwise TCS wasn't being activated. Second, while I can see that it is adjusting the thrust limiter of the ones in front, it's not doing a good job, when translating it still rotates because of mismatched thrust. I can balance this in the VAB using RCS Build Aid, but am wondering why I need to put an engine on, and more importantly, why it isn't balancing. Thanks in advance
  12. I'm looking at this mod along with a few others for new career. I looked on Github, but don't see anything in the wiki Is there a set of instructions anywhere about this, or even an explanation of the parts? I see 6 little cameras, but it isn't clear whether they have to be mounted to the big telescope or if they are standalone. Thanks in advance
  13. I expected one or two mistakes while uploading 170 mods. Thanks, I'll get it fixed. Should be OK now
  14. I'm aware of that, but didn't consider it a "shuttle" mod. Thanks, I'll review it. As you can tell, I'm looking at my options for my next series of shuttles. The next few missions, STS-3, STS-4, , is probably doable with my current design. But I think that STS-5 will require a larger cargo bay
  15. I know. Please be patient, I'm working on getting everything updated properly but ran into some problems.
  16. I'm curious, do most people use the stock shuttle parts, or are some of the mod shuttles used by people? Specifically, I'm aware of the following (besides the Mk2.5 shuttle which I'm using):
  17. I'm not familiar with the mod and don't know what it can be used for but 'all operations' sounds like a bit more than it is allowed. I specifically asked about this mod (Atmosphere Autopilot). I got an ok to use it for straight & level, long distance flights, but nothing else.
  18. It's not that I don't know the forces, but learning how to work with them is what I'm after. For example, last night I learned how to use the "S" turns properly, and was able to make a pinpoint landing for the very first time with a shuttle Would be nice to see
