  1. I've started work on updating this mod for 1.4. The M-50 engine will continue to not be available until someone is able to fix the collision mesh. Part of my TODO list: Fix the RCS thrusters Calculate the correct volumes for the tanks and adjust accordingly Add tags to all parts for better search capability Anybody who wishes to contribute, I could use help with the tags Please respond in the current thread for 1.3 here:

  3. So, I'm doing a bit of testing: Under the Rovers category, At the end of the subcategories, there is an Undefined, which has things like stack separators, decouplers, a few engines, etc. So far that's all I've had time for, I'll be doing some more testing later
  4. @Starwaster Do you have an ETA for the next release which will fix the issue with the heat shields? I see the changes have been pushed to github already. Thanks
  5. Anybody know of a parts mod that includes rum?
  6. If you want some help with CKAN, let me know. Spacedock makes a simple config, sometimes it needs to be tweaked. If you are still having problems with the RCS in 1.4, there is an easy fix which I used in KWRocketry, let me know if you need any help. Also, I have a spreadsheet which calculates the correct amount of fuel for the tanks. I can download and install a mod inCKAN in seconds with a single click. And for all of my mods and most others, they install correctly. Doing it by hand is always longer. The problem was identified back in February in this post: Hmmm. I see that @Padrone hasn’t been around since April 30. Sad. This was the first parts pack I installed. Maybe, just maybe, I’ll think about adopting it
  7. I think that 7Zip may make zip files which are not compatible with Win 10 Explorer
  8. Perfect. Just curious, what are you using to zip it up? Windows seems to have a problem, I'm using 7zip to open it
  9. Do this: Create a GameData directory on your desktop. Put all your files in there, in the correct places. I'm going to guess that your 000_altCustomConfigs is inside GameDAta Then create a new zip file, and copy the GameData directory into it. Finally, move the zip file to your DropBox, right-click on it after it's in there and copy the link, then paste that new link here
  10. Unfortunately, there is still offset thrust, even with your change, and I don't have time to fiddle with it right now. If you can get it centered, I'd be happy to release it, the offset is small enough to be ignorable
  11. Thanks. I'll probably release this, but would really like if someone could fix the model itself.
  12. Yes It's in red, meaning that the old Taurus HCV installed conflicts with this mod.
  13. What's wrong with the cockpit which is already included with this mod?
  14. Glad that fixed the issue. For obvious reasons, I can't support any unofficial mods (other than my own, of course)
  15. You don't need to resurrect it, it's already in the Recycled Parts mod. What you want is the Recycled Parts RSCapsuledyne, which is a subset of the entire mod, you can install it by itself using CKAN
  16. I still think it is a good location for the treasure :-)
  17. I understand, and would be fine including it as a supplimental addon for the mod. All you need to do is the writeup and put it into a GameData folder such that it is obvious where files/directories go.
  18. And I'm saying that you need to set the compatibility mode, see the following image. Note that this is for a 1.4.5 install, so no need to specify 1.4.5. I could also have just checked the 1.4 at the top:
  19. For anyone interested, I have a test build of KVV using my standard build setup. This is for 1.4.5 ONLY I'd appreciate people taking some time and testing it: https://github.com/linuxgurugamer/KronalVesselViewer/releases/tag/0.0.9.8
  20. @Divstator I'm looking at your file It appears that you are totally replacing the current configs, is that correct? And it works in conjunction with the current release of FE with all the new files? @Gordon Dry You've been looking at this, I'd like your opinion, since you've done a number of the recent changes It look like a dramatic enough change that I would release it as an alternate config, similar to the alternate config already available. @Divstator could you do a short writeup and include it as a README.txt file? Also, please package it up so that the top level directory is GameData, that will make it easier to include. Finally, they will be under the standard FE license. Thanks for the contribution
