[1.12.x] Near Future Technologies (September 6)
linuxgurugamer replied to Nertea's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
You can tell CKAN to accept 1.8 mods as compatible. Follow these steps: Select menu item: Settings->Compatible game versions Put a check box in front of 1.8 Click Accept -
[1.12.1] JNSQ [0.10.0] [23 Sept 2021]
linuxgurugamer replied to Galileo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I don’t get what you are asking about. A description is always useful. Also, a log file is usually needed to analyze a problem. -

This is a simple mod designed to show on-screen any selected contracts you want. The display can be made transparent Toolbar icon: The initial screen will show three buttons: Select click to open contract selection screen Close Close the window Settings Open the settings panel The Contract Selection screen will show a list of all active contract. Click the toggle to select those contracts you want to display, then click the Select Button The Settings page will display three toggles on the first line: Bold Make the display font bold Lock Position Clock the window position Hide Buttons Hide the buttons when the selection screen is closed. Buttons will only hide if there are contracts to display The next two lines will have the following toggles: Allow click-through If enabled, this will have the contract display window to allow clicks to fall through to game objects below. This will only be enabled when the settings panel is NOT displayed Save to file If selected, then an entry field will open up to allow you to specify a file to write the selected contracts to. Full paths are allowed. If the folder/directory is invalid, it will be shown in red The following sliders are available: Transparency Set the transparency of the window, all the way left makes the window totally transparent Font Size Set the size of the font to be used Additional controls are in the upper left: B Hide or show the buttons L Lock the position of the window upper right: X Close the window and lower right: diagonal arrow Resize the window The window position is saved for each scene When first opening the mod, this appears: Settings window, with a contract selected: Contract Selection Window: DEPENDENCIES ClickThroughBlocker ToolbarController SpaceTuxLibrary ContractParser Availability Source: https://github.com/linuxgurugamer/SimpleContractDisplay Download: https://github.com/linuxgurugamer/SimpleContractDisplay/releases Download 2: https://spacedock.info/mod/2948/Simple Contract Display License: MIT Available via CKAN CKAN Note This mod depends on the ContractParser, which, in CKAN, is only listed as being compatible up to version 1.8.1. It works in 1.12.3, so in order to install this using CKAN, you need to do the following in CKAN: Select the menu: Settings->Compatible Game Versions Put a check mark in front of the line for 1.8 and click Accept Toolbar icon obtained from flaticon.com Icons made by Freepik from https://www.flaticon.com/ Known bugs: The buttons don't hide when requested unless you are writing the contracts to a file. Will be fixed in next release

This is it's only popup, and only when it detects a potential problem And the pic worked this time Nice
-
The first three are identical. Create a directory called "000" and copy one of each of the three into it. You will probably get a message from ZeroMiniAvc looking like the following. In this specific case, you can ignore it: Pic was deleted

I got the parts working Some of the parts were moved around and the models had the wrong path There were also a couple of old parts which referenced the wrong part type After doing all these changes (including the DLL stuff I mentioned above) all parts are now showing up https://www.dropbox.com/s/59p8umq000g7qq2/ISS_Comunity.zip?dl=0

Squad strikes again! Your log file talks about "Cannot resolve assembly: KSPDEev_Utils_.2.6" it's actually there, but in (now) the wrong spot. Squad changed the way KSP loads dlls in 1.12. The file es in KIS/Plugins, if you move it into a directory called "000" in GameData, that will resolve that specific problem. The same goes for the KSPDev_Utils.2.6-EVS.dll and KSPDev_Utils.2.6-KAS.dll. Move them into the "000" folder and all the errors related to those will go away There are still other issues, unfortunately

Ok, how about the save file? To be safe, put the whole save directory up in dropbox, will save time
-
That looks like it Were any of the mods manually installed?

Did you use CKAN to install? and if so, can you do a ckan export? Your log file is showing quite a number of problems, which might be related. You need to get things like these resolved: [ERR 12:14:27.848] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: KSPDev_Utils.2.6-EVS, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:14:27.849] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: KSPDev_Utils.2.6-EVS, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:14:27.858] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: KSPDev_Utils.2.6-KAS, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:14:27.858] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: KSPDev_Utils.2.6-KAS, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:14:27.870] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: KSPDev_Utils.2.6, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:14:27.871] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: KSPDev_Utils.2.6, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:14:27.887] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: Scale_Redist, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:14:27.887] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: Scale_Redist, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:14:27.908] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: PreciseManeuver.Unity, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:14:27.908] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: PreciseManeuver.Unity, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:14:27.928] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: SCANsat.Unity, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:14:27.928] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: SCANsat.Unity, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:14:28.825] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: MeshEngine [ERR 12:14:28.830] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: MeshEngineStock [ERR 12:14:28.833] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: MeshEngineTweakScale [ERR 12:16:18.001] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: TestFlightCore, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null [ERR 12:16:18.002] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly: TestFlightCore, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null and [LOG 12:14:28.842] [DistantObject] ERROR: Could not find a model for part FASA_Gemini_ASAS_Comp.
