  1. Well, I've got Zvezda up. I probably won't release this because of how many mods I'm using or plan to use with it, but if I could find a place to share other pictures of it without cluttering up someone else's thread, I would make sure to document my progress regularly. Next mission is Expedition 1 aboard a Soyuz TM, then the Z1 Truss, delivered by your shuttle.
  2. I haven't used Tantares for a while now, but recently I installed it with SSRSS and started another attempt at building the ISS. This is attempt number... uh... damn... I've tried it so many times I forgot. Unity and the PMAs are from HabTech.
  3. I needed a shuttle to launch the US Modules for what I think is either my third or fourth attempt at building the ISS. It's for my private enjoyment, and because of this I used a lot of mods to build it. Anyway, I decided to try this one out and use @inigma's STS Service Module with it. This is the Unity Node, by the way.
  4. Damn... it's more detailed than my U-boat, and unlike the boat, it actually does something.
  5. Wow, it looks pretty nice, especially with those visual mods! Its just EVE + Scatterer, right?
  6. Looks really nice, it's yet another reason I wish variable geometry wings were feasible in stock KSP. This thread itself looks pretty professionally done too. I've seen thread with no pictures, no DL, or virtually no description of the craft at all. Good job.
  7. Sorry, but it looks like my work isn't going to be finished in time to do SCF. I feel horrible washing out like this, but I'm only halfway done with what I planned to do today and it's 4:00pm already. Why can't it just be a normal PowerPoint? I would be done in half an hour if it were, but nooo, it has to be in this obscure format that has to be exactly 6 minutes and 40 seconds long, have 20 slides, and can only have a limited amount of text and images per slide! Thanks, AP Language and Composition, everyone loves homework in July! /rant
  8. If you right click on the image in the imgur tab and then se elf "copy image" you can go over to your KSP forum tab and paste it directly into your post instead of simply providing a link. You can also edit the original post in this thread so that pictures are at the top. Looks pretty neat, Cassini has always been harder to replicate, especially when you add the Hyugens lander. By the way, dip you have any screenshots of that part?
  9. Post some pictures please, it's customary and polite to do so.
  10. Hey! That game has the best text-to-speech system I've ever seen in a gane! Just kidding, MRS is right, the game sucks.
  11. Oh yeah, that's right. There uh... may be a a chance that I won't be able to do it, I've got some work that is taking longer than I expected, but I'll let you know by tomorrow afternoon (at the very latest) whether I should be able to do it.
  12. One moment, let me go find my list •Had tendency to go up in flames. Was so notorious for this that it earned the nicknames "Luftwaffen-Feuerzeug" (Luftwaffe's Lighter) and "Flaming Coffin" among others. •Had unreliable engines, which was part of the reason for it burning up so often and limited the range and bombload. •The configuration of the engines in two nacelles instead of four caused countless technical difficulties and only compounded on top of the problems already present in the Daimler-Benz engines. •Was not equipped with enough defensive armament for its intended role as a heavy bomber. •Did not enter service until the middle of 1942 (and was not running smoothly and effectively until later), and only 1,000 were built (compare this to 15,00 Ju-88s, 7,000 Avro Lancasters, and over 12,00 B-17s).
  13. Good work, it seems to me that using Mk3 partial make a practical yet good looking helicopter, and adding stick rotors makes it even more impressive. Just some food for thought...
  14. You may feel bad about having to ditch in the ocean, but I can tell you that Chinook pilots are trained to land on water (I forget why), and the Chinook in real life is sufficiently watertight and buoyant enough to do this. Source: The simulator complexes around where I live occasionally do events where the public can come in and fly them, so I got to fly a CH-47E simulator, and the pilot had me hover over a lake and land. I don't mean to brag, but I did much better than my friend, who impaled the helicopter on a tree when trying to land.
  15. Render of the Cobra made by @esinohio
  16. Neat. Now do one of a Cobra (or two) making a gun run over a VC position in Nam!
  17. Send me a link, and if I can remember the password to my gmail account I made to use with this forum account, I'll subscribe.
  18. So what, like a YouTube video? It would be pretty cool to see my Cobra advertised there. Oops, it appears that I forgot to list the required mods on the OP, let me amend that.
  19. I've gotten it above 50 m/s in level flight before, but I wasn't trying to find the max speed, just trying to figure out to to launch TOW missiles and kill stuff.
