  1. i still like your infamous tilt wing, saw it some time ago, liked it now to show you that you are still cool. Mr. Lowne is also cool. Mr. Lowne sounds like a cool name for a cat.
  2. Oh,... okay... Well then. I... I feel okay with that.
  3. Hazardish never hurt people nor betrayed people in his videos for money or the like. He just "cheated" at some point(s) a bit and was sure aware that some people get aware of this. This is somehow like my relationship to my cats (two of them): "Do my cats know that i care for them? Do my cats know anything at all?? Am i a slave to my pets without being aware of it??? Do my cats care about me when i am at work making money to feed them???? Who am i?????" "Hazardish" sounds like a good name for a cat. This is my conclusion. Sorry all. I really don`t want to derail this. But i had to. Ups.
  4. Congrats and thank you for sharing this adventure, travelling Jool is a great experience and worthwhile to commit! Cheers for you!
  5. I think i post a missionreport until "Making History" drops, with nasty puns about myself and my insane space program. Main goal: Survive all Kerbals "To Laythe and back on Kerbalism" and the few mentioned propulsion and spacecraft mods. Best time ever in front of my widescreen tv KSP show... Your mod gave me the final kick for this! I have a stock ssto and some nifty methods to stuff some mobile equipment, transfer unmanned. I think i need a shortterm emergency ascend module/ shortterm habitat for at around four Kerbals... transfer unmanned also... The transfervessel for six Kerbs is currently under research, if possible at all (subject to change significantly). And probably a emergency extraction/ supply vessel capable of a possible errmmm "brachistochronic" rescue from Jool orbit back to Kerbin... Unmanned transfer also... OMG! The mechanics of the Kerbalism landed/athmosperic ISRU is still subject of my further examination, thanks for your advice... I play permadeath career (Started 0.9 ...), three Kerbals allready past away due to ... unconvenient happenings.... Your mod rocks the hell out of this game!
  6. I can`t risk my Kerbals lives and i faced the issue that a "reliable" longterm selfsustaining habitat gets rather large, just as i`d expect it from RL. It fits in a large fairing and can be lifted without much anger. A other idea would be to send a unmanned tanker parallel to a mission to Laythe, with water, nitrogen and the such, for emergency supply. I`d love to send six Kerbals, but that looks very complicated and i am currently figuring out how four of them could descend down to Laythe surface and return to the transfer ship... This mod is logistical overkill, best lifesupport in my opinion, pretty hardcore to use in career...
  7. Hi @ShotgunNinja I`ve got the hang on your utterly awesome mod the last few weeks, and i just wanted to tell you that it works great after the last update. I implemented your mod in my careergame with all parts researched and had a hellagood time to figure out how it all works, it is basically how KSP would be in PERFECT. I have just a few mods installed, KER, Nerteas NFT, KerbalAtomics, KIS/ KAS, Tweakscale and such, and i see no conflicts with resources here. The only thing is incoherent counting for the nuclear power generators from NFT while very high focused timewarp (i need them to cool Lh2 cryo tanks), but this is totally neglibigle ermm negligible. I have a large experimental Station (concept for four Kerbal interplanetary transfer habitat department), and i have currently two Kerbals on it for about half a year now and it is just awesome. I just fixed a reactionwheel. "A kick made the trick." They could live independently for at least 3-4 years there. A pic for your glory! Cheers! Thank you for this amazing work! Pic after launch from KSC, just started two of four greenhouses and the scrubbers, testing other stuff.
  8. Hi @Dcseal I have some experience in Mk3 cargobays and for my next stock laythe kampaign i buildt this: (The plane will be altered for transfer to laythe and atmospheric flight there...) All vehicles can be easy undocked and redocked, a Lab, a minirover with science, a buggy powered by fuelcells and a small ISRU truck which can be docked to the nose of the plane. Agroups abort - toggle drills, Ag 5 / 6 - toggle buggy gear / ISRU gear ( to redock the buggy, lower gear ) Take a look at yourself, all stock 1.2.2, its hard to explain how i made it, Dropbox file here. A picture of all the stuff i can load at once:
  9. Comrade @VengefulSpoon84 Konstruktion Bureau 31 Mikki has accomplished desired task. All requirements met. Glorious Yet plane called Kukhoi in honor of glorious soviet engineer. Craftfile can be found here. (Dropbox) Kukhoi plane was build with best titanium and best engine at hand, escape system for soviet pilot was mandatory clearly. Plane seems to be eksellent interceptor aircraft. Soviet citizen Valentina Kerman leads test flight criteria to full success. Testflight in below: Nothing concerning about this plane. No SAS required for flight. Valentina testing the escape system. Perfect . Kukhoi test criteria accomplished.
  10. My opinion is "Yes". "We wouldn`t exist just as little."
  11. Eksellent tschellenge. We will make a entry a soon as reallife work allows this. Do tekh por. ()
  12. I`d love to see more `Dudes parts in stock, when i play my modded game i get crazy about all the cool stuff. I think you`ve got the "Dudeness" too! Cool contraption, makes me greedy again to return to all the mods! Cheerz!
  13. Hm, looks like @Frybert scared all off the Hypetrain. All except me. Or is anyone still in? My train moves nicely and helllllllllllllll-------aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa-----------------ffffffaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssssssssttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. I found last year a very interesting place on Laythe; Everyone knows the peninsula where the KSC is built on, a nice flat well-mowed green even plane, perfect to fool around with rovers, airplanes, misguided capsules and thelike... The thing is, anyone who tried to land a spaceplane on Laythe might have found that there is hardly flat soil around for a nice and safe touchdown... Especially for bigger MK3 Spaceplanes which really need a bit more space to takeoff again... Really? On Laythe, i found a similar peninsula (in size of the KSC area) on a larger island, close to sealevel, and best thing is it is nearly exactly on the equator, which spares expensive planechanges in orbit... Said peninsula is on a certain westcoast to find, and features a very long (around 3000 meters at least) nearly perfect flat ridge, wide and long enough for the largest contraptions, the perfect place for a base to make landfall. If i remember correctly it has sufficient ore density (about 7-8% average) to wrap up a ISRU station, at least well enough to refuel even with the small fuel converter in a pleasant time. The direction of the ridge is very close to east - west direction, also nearly perfect. Its located in a vast gulf, the coastline wraps to west in the northern area. A excellent view at sunset. This is my next target again, i try to get there soon all stock... Gonna post a picture of the place here. Edit: Oh, i have a flag there! A picture from above, said ridge is the dark line across the peninsula in the center... And the coordinates of the flag as seen from orbit, warning this is a spoiler to newer forummembers, don`t look if you want to discover yourself! You have been warned!
  15. While waiting for 1.3, my Kerbals are testing a even more bigger Kertonov 225, all stock, not even KER. This is part of my new all stock KSP Laythe Kolonisation Kampaign, all the necessary gear is under testing at the moment... Landing fully loaded and fully fueled Kertonov 225 with thrust reversers - full success: Flight to random spots on Kerbin, testing systems: And landed at the arctic, testing the refueling rig and gather some sience. Jebediah goes cart racing: Laythe i`m coming!
  16. I really don`t know... I`ve just seen "The Ultimate Challenge" again, even more reward as before... Crazy. All stock KSP.
  17. My Kerbals went to science the cake out of [REDACTED]... A perfect Kertonov cargoplane with a mobile lab plus habitat, a mobile miningrig to refuel the plane and a small rover, all tightly stuffed into the cargobay. Ten Kerbals make a journey, 100% Stock KSP, not one single mod: (Third pic contains a spoiler) Some hours went into this project... Plane flies perfect... Jebediah shows his skill... And Kerbals stay happy!!! Crazy, all stock...
  18. ...uh, oh... goodbye Kuzzter.... May the Juice be with you... (My last thoughts while being smashed under a enourmus rock...)
  19. There exist way dumber methods to pleasure billionairs... but funding such projects seems to be a way of proper punishment for the former robbery.
  20. Thanks, ...but sadly no, i have little time in reallife for gaming. Maybe better so, people would be scared when they learn about my real profession... I make such stuff to relax...
  21. It is very easy, for people who people who don`t know how real life and real business works: Obviously "Squad promised a free update", or "further free updates" at one point in their company history. Okay. This does not exclude possible DLC. I really hope this helps anyone in doubt....
  22. You`re right, this important thread is a interesting psychological survey and deserves our attention. Maybe @Badie knows more about the additional varieties of cake and this mysterious coincidence... And there is this too...: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/111158-ask-the-mods-questions-about-the-forums/&do=findComment&comment=2998178
